Perfect location for your next getaway! Park your car in your provided off-street spot and enjoy the beach and boardwalk just steps from your front door. We are the building at the eastern end of the beach block so you could not be closer to all that Ocean City has to offer. The heart of Ocean City's downtown is just a short 10-minute walk or 2-minute car ride away. Your condo includes two private balconies off the living room and master bedroom to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The condo rental includes use of the association's outdoor heated pool and hot tub (in-season from approximately Memorial Day to 3rd week of September) and sun deck overlooking the ocean. In addition to the summer attractions, Ocean City has year-round activities, events, and dining for you to enjoy.

New for 2025: Totally upgraded bathroom and new smart TV for master bedroom.

I brought my 13 year old and 2 of her friends for a weekend. Location was perfect, they could do the boards safely without needing to walk far. Beach was close enough to walk back and forth from the condo. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, perfect for a lazy weekend getaway.

We had a great stay! The location was wonderful. Extremely easy access to the boardwalk and the beach.Suggestion: Please include additional places to hang towels in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great!

Wonderful stay. Needed some upgrades that we provided. Bring blankets if not using the comforters. Brian was very responsive. The view and walk to the boardwalk was worth the entire stay.

This property is our favorite at OCNJ. It is a perfect location from the boardwalk and the beach. It is clean and well kept! The owner is helpful and very nice.

We travel to OC every year and needed an additional bedroom as our kids are teens now. This place was perfect, very clean and easy access to the boardwalk. The pool and hot tub a plus too!

Great weekend stay

We had a great time. Check in was easy. On the small size though it can sleep 7. Great for a family or a few friend for the weekend. Love being right off the access to the beach and at the beginning of the board walk. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location

Perfect location! As a family with 2 kids 2 and under, we really appreciated how close this condo is to the boardwalk and beach! The pool is great as well- and heated! Loved the 2 balconies as we could still relax outside even when the baby was sleeping in the master bedroom. The owner was so helpful and responsive. We had such an amazing week here and would love to come back next year!!

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great but would have been better if the ocean was in view. Also, no luggage racks to help bring up your suitcases and belongings. Otherwise very comfortable.

I had great communication about any questions I had. The place was very clean. The property manager was very nice and so was Brian. I would just add another set of keys. That would have made things easier for us.we had 3 adults and 3 kids. We will be staying there again.

Fantastic experience! The communication from Brian and the office manager James was wonderful. The location is perfect. Literally boardwalk and beach access steps away. Easy parking. Great condo neighbors. My advice: Seasonally check what is open when you go. Shoulder season the boardwalk is very limited during the week and the rides are only open on weekends. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Brian and James!

Ok for short trip

Condo did the job for a long weekend but def too small for a full week. The kitchen is so tiny with not everything that we needed… no baking sheets so we had to use tin foil! Wasn’t the cleanest….there was a lot of dust around. We were only there for 3 nights so it was fine for what we needed.

Overall a good stay

Overall it was a comfortable and clean stay. Linens were not supplied, which was fine thankfully the owner gave us notice ahead of time so they could be purchased for the stay. The check in instructions mentioned the need to bring our own paper towels and toilet paper, thankfully they were available upon request. We definitely could have used some power strips in the kid room, there was only one outlet that was easily accessible. Quick walk to the boards and a good spot. The host was responsive, mostly deferred to the property manager on site for check in etc.

Close to the beach; missing important details in the listing.

The condo was cute, with the two balconies to sit out on & the location couldn’t be anymore perfect. The beach access is literally right across from the boardwalk, 2 min walk if that! The condo had plenty of room for two people. The check in & out process was super easy & it was nice to have a designated & covered parking spot. We never worried about driving back & having to look for an open lot or paying for a spot on the street. However, we did have 2 inconveniences to our stay that I think this listing should include. We had to bring our own linen. Sheets, pillow cases & blankets for the bed, towels to shower with & hand towels are not included with the condo. I didn’t know this until 3 days before we left when we got a confirmation message with information from the owner. This should have been noted somewhere before any exchange of money occurred so I knew what I getting before hand. There were pillows & comforters on the bed but considering they wanted us to bring our own linen I wasn’t sure what the cleaning process was between stays. Also, this is a dry island. That should be listed as well so that renters are aware of that. This condo and location are great for a family friendly experience, however for the younger people like myself, I’d like the choice to have a drink with dinner. We chose this location because it was close to the boardwalk under the assumption of being able to be safe & walk home after a night out. We made the best of it though & enjoyed the beach!

Great property right next to the Boardwalk. Tso bedrooms and one bath was perfect for 2 friends staying for a weekend. Can't beat the location. Would stay again!

Great Location

Everything about the place itself was excellent. My only issue was with check-out. Check out was at 11 so I went down to the office at 10:30 to find a sign on the front door saying the office would open at 11 so I waited. At 11 no one showed up. I walked around to the other door to see a sign that said that office was closed that day. It was a little frustrating since we had waited. Other than that, the place was clean, close to the beach and boardwalk, and the pool area was awesome.

We fell in love with the charm of this community. It's close to a lovely historic district with stately private homes. It's near the surfing beach, close to the music pier for concerts and events.

This condo has the amenities of a large complex such as the pool, hot tub and sundeck that are available to all guests, but we are a corner unit so there are two private balconies that have relaxing city views when you want to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or watch the sun setting.
