It was a wonderful stay at a great place. There is only 3 suggestions…all of which would be easy and make it a lot more manageable for older people who are disabled:1.The bushes by the ramp, trim them back so a person in a wheelchair or handicap scooter can fit through without scraping branches.2. Put a disability toilet in…the cure toilet is very low and extremely hard to get out of.3. Get a bed frame that is lower to the ground so it is not as hard to get in.

Positives: The house is really really well kept. It's nice and clean in a great location -- a minute walk to the boardwalk. Plenty of dining options right there. The owners are very responsive and communicative. The AC is terrific. The house was cool the whole time during the hot days of June. Only Negative: 1. Owners give you a lot of housework on the day of checkout. Strip each bed & place everything "on the floor" next to the bed. Collect the towels and wash cloths, etc and place them in "neat pile(s)". Clean your items from the refrigerator. Wash all your dishes and cookware. No dirty dishes! Collect the trash and recycled items and place them outside in the appropriate containers. No garbage bin is given for recyclables in the house. By 10am checkout time! Many of these chores could have been done by the cleaning crew that came at 10am, especially for the prices we are paying for this place. Or have a later check out time. With young kids who sleep in or are too young to help, and the list of chores assigned to us by the owners, the morning just became a scramble to pack, clean, eat and leave without risking the deposit. The property is great for folks who are staying with people who can all chip in on checkout morning and pack and clean the house before 10am.

Great Short Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Coconut Cove. Great little place to stay at for our small group (4)!! Very clean, well stocked, and well situated!! Love the location!! Will definitely be back!!!

New Year's Stay

The property is in a great location less than a block to the boardwalk and beach. Very roomy and clean with everything you need for a short stay. While the "price" was not bad, the fees charged for the property were excessive.

Quaint beach house convenient location

My family of four stayed here for 1 week in August. Location is perfect - end of boardwalk, and steps from the beach, and short walk to nearby restaurants and stores. Linen service is a plus.

We stayed here for a short getaway after the kids finished school. The property is very nice and access to the boardwalk and beach is right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Great boardwalk location

The best summary for this property is.. We would try to stay here again the next time we come to Ocean City. The condo was a good size for our small family, it was clean and had every amenity needed for a week at the beach. The location was perfect if you are looking for quick boardwalk and beach access. Additionally, the easy off-street parking and linen service were great.

Great Getaway in OCNJ!!

Wanted to get away for a long weekend at the beach and found this location which was perfect and close to everything OcNJ has to offer. My husband and I were traveling with my parents who appreciated the first floor access. The unit was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Short walk to the boardwalk and shopping on Asbury. I would definitely stay here again!

They were what they said they were.

This is the perfect example of delivering on your product. Everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect location (especially since we had kids). There was great communication regarding the property, check in, and check out process. Will absolutely stay at the property again. The children did not want to leave. Lol

Very nice properly a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. Lot's of dining options on the boardwalk. Clancy's By the Sea was very good. Front porch was a nice place to sit out and relax. TV worked with Netflix, don't forget to remove it from your Netflix device list before you leave! AC worked well. Shower was good, plenty of hot water for 5 people. Beds were comfortable. One ceiling light at the kitchen entrance was not quite working. Side door lock might need new batteries, worked fine the first day, was a bit flaky the next. I replaced batteries that were corroded in one remote, then realized it didn't seem to control anything. :) Definitely thinking about booking it next year.

The place had everything you would want for a house in Ocean City. The house had everything you would need for a night or 5 like we stayed. So convenient to the beach and boardwalk...Mancos on the 12th street is 2 blocks away which sold me originally haha. Would definitely book it again if it's available!

Perfect!

Having only used the local rental companies in OC in the past, I was nervous trying something different. I’m glad I did, this place was fantastic! Felt like home, nicely decorated, and even had comfortable mattresses. Location was perfect, in the middle of everything but traffic wasn’t crazy on our street. Easy walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

Total gem!

Are you kidding me? This was the cutest condo ever! It was absolutely perfect for our family of four including an infant. It is in the best location, literally across the street from the boardwalk and beach and anywhere else you want to go in OCNJ. Sarah is amazing with responses, and everything about this place is easy. The decor just speaks vaca, the front porch area is perfect for relaxing at the end of a long exhausting day on the boardwalk/beach and the second room with the bunk beds will be a hit with the kids. Outdoor shower, beach chairs to borrow, and laundry out back….We cannot wait to stay here again and possibly have family stay in the unit right next door. Book it! You will absolutely have zero regrets!
