We take the comfort and experience of our renters very seriously. I was disappointed that this renter chose to check out before I was even given a few hours to correct the concern. Here is details: The previous renter identified the the air conditioner had an issue and it was replaced. It is unfortunate that the new air conditioner was defective. I was alerted to the issue at 8:30 PM the day of check in and responded by 8:45 that the property manager would be there at 8 am the next morning to put a temporary unit in. Also want to note it was 65 degrees out, fans were available and there is a full sliding door with a screen to private deck in the bedroom. The refrigerator was not leaking and it was likely a melted ice cube in the floor but the property manager fully inspected the fridge too. No other issues were identified upon inspection. There was no reason to check out of the unit. A temporary ac unit was put in at 8am the next day and replacement unit was put in a couple days later when it arrived at the appliance store. While not ideal minor issues do occur with any property and we are fully committed to resolving them immediately.
