Come experience this resort style apartment that is minutes away from both Mayo Clinic and the luxurious St. Johns Town Center shopping mall! This apartment features a King bed in the master suite, a gorgeous King bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Each room has a Smart TV which come with preloaded guest accounts from major streaming services! Our guests have access to free Wi-Fi and many more amenities!

Owner never answered any questions prior to stay and when I got to the property I could not get into the condo neither VRBO or I could get in touch with owner! We were fully refunded and VRBO is refunded our hotel for two night!!

Great Amenities, Minimalist Unit

We stayed here for 23 nights so we had a lot of time to get to know the unit really well. It is a newer property and the unit was spacious. However, if you are looking for warm and welcoming, this probably is not the place for you. It is very sterile with nothing on the walls, not even a clock. The floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen are laminate and there is one rug. There is not enough seating in the living room with one arm chair and one loveseat that that is very hard. We bought chairs while we were there and then took them home. No wash cloths were provided so we had to buy those too. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and if you have a toddler, there is a good supply of toddler dishes. Adult dishes were provided, but it would have been nice to have more as we felt like we ran the dishwasher constantly. There are no baking dishes which we also had to go buy. There are nice cookie sheets, no muffin tins . Many rental units have a crock pot, this one does not. When we arrived there was a half a roll of toilet paper to share between two bathrooms and almost no paper towels. The host did send over some toilet paper the next day, but again, we had to go buy some in the meantime. There were two hot pads and one oven mitt which was OK. There were dish towels, but no dish cloths which we also had to go buy. It was very frustrating as we have rented many vacation units and have never spent so much money at Walmart. It might have been different if our stay was shorter. Communication with the host was satisfactory, but if you need a quick answer, don’t wait till the last minute because you will need to wait, often several hours or until the next day. The unit overlooks the resort style pool and that pool is the selling point of this listing. Absolutely wonderful! There’s a really nice game room just down the hall which is also a great amenity. Valet trash is picked up five nights a week which is convenient. If you are sensitive to light at night, as we are, plan to find a way to cover your eyes or block the windows. There are no curtains, only slatted blinds and with the pool area being just below, the room is so bright you do not need a cell phone light to get around. Even in the middle of the night you can walk around without tripping over anything. Hope this helps. There was nothing really terribly awful, it just seemed like for the price being charged, more could have been put into the unit. Just a very sterile.

We enjoyed the the pool and grounds very much. They are very well taken care of. Beautiful!
