First Floor: The main bedroom features a king bed with Beauty rest Pressure Smart Plush Luxury Mattress and private ensuite bathroom. A Pac-Man arcade game tucked in the corner adds nostalgic fun for all ages. French doors open to a nicely appointed back patio with an oversized Connect 4 game perfect for evening competitions.

Second Floor: This level serves as the heart of the home. The bunk room includes full-over-full bunks with a private Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting to the kitchen and living areas. The living room offers a pull-out sofa, comfortable seating, and opens to a spacious deck overlooking the Destin landscape. The deck features dining space and lounge furniture ideal for morning coffee or sunset gatherings. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.

PROPERTY DETAILS & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Linens & Towels: Complete set of bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided for all guests.

Household Supplies: Initial supply includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash (per bathroom), toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Extended stays may require additional supplies.

Kitchen Equipment: Chef's kitchen with complete cookware, dishware, toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and supplies.

Baby Equipment: Pack-n-play bed stored in bedroom closet and high chair available.

Pet Policy: One small dog permitted with $50 per night fee. Please contact the owner directly to arrange.

Community Pool: Heated outdoor pool available for guest use year-round.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in available after 4:00 PM. Check-out required by 10:00 AM. No check-in or check-out permitted on Christmas Day, July 4th, or Thanksgiving Day.

Golf Cart: The community permits golf cart rentals. Parking available in front of the property.

Internet Service: Unlimited high-speed cable internet with Wi Fi throughout the home.

Parking: Two vehicle spaces available directly in front of the property.

Booking Issues: If you experience difficulty booking, contact your credit card company first as most issues relate to payment authorization. Ensure you have a verified ID on file with the booking platform.

Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellation policy applies. Refunds are issued only if the National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations during hurricane season. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.
