The Colombia Retreat is a spacious 2,817 sq. foot luxury home situated in The Ledges of St. George. Designed to accommodate both single and multi-family groups, this residence features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The interior is elegantly furnished with all the desirable upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The open and welcoming floor plan creates a comfortable living space, and the bedrooms are designed to provide a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities enhance the overall experience, with features such as an outdoor gas grill, a private pool, a hot tub, a covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, conveniently located near the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Residents and guests can enjoy the nearby hiking, biking, and ATV trails, as well as world-famous rock climbing and rappelling. The stunning views of the red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges contribute to the appeal of this luxurious retreat.

Best pool vacation

Our family enjoyed our time at this house! We were impressed from the moment we arrived! The pool was clean and warm, the house was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Everything was very warming and pleasant. The staff treated us with promptness and kindly! We recommend this stay for a family who is looking for a relaxing time with comfort and easy accessibility to local stores.

Wow - absolute 5-stars all around! We were very impressed with the home/decor and how spotlessly clean it was. The home is well stocked with all kitchen needs, cleaning supplies, etc. Such an enjoyable trip in this nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely choose this home again!

Amazing place

Amazing place - loved it. By far probably one of our most favorite places to stay at. The private pool was by far the best thing about the whole place. Definitely would stay again. Definitely would recommend it to anybody.

Awesome place for families!

Stayed here with my wife, 18 month old and two parents. Had plenty of room and loved the layout. My son couldn’t get enough of the pool and the location to golf and the restaurant couldn’t be beat.
