Welcome to our Luxury Black Ridge Villa at Elim Valley Community Resort! This brand new home sleeps up to 32 people, providing a comfortable space for large family and friend gatherings. Come explore the vast attractions Southern Utah has to offer, including Zion National Park, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon State Parks, Tuachan theater, numerous golf courses and so much more.

Home Amenities:
- Largest private pool in community plus 12 person hot tub
- Built in Gas fire pit
- Turf area for lawn games (spike ball, giant jenga, bocce ball, corn hole, can jam)
- 5 Master rooms w/King size beds, private bathrooms and blackout shades
- Bunk room sleeps 18 (4 Queens, 4 Fulls, 2 twin chair sleepers)
- 4 TVs - 85" in upstairs living room, 75" in downstairs living room, 55" in bedroom 1, and 55" in bunk room (streaming capable smart TVs)
- Fully stocked kitchen including keurig, tea kettle, crockpot, griddle, Dutch ovens
-2 large kitchen tables which separate for additional seating with use of benches.
- Two dishwashers and two refrigerators (one located in garage)
- Large 20+ burger grill
- Queen blowup mattress
- 3 pack n plays

Elim Resort Amenities:
Swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub and splash pad -restrooms and changing rooms are available. Two pickleball courts and lots of grassy areas located within the community (one is right across from the house).

Pool/Spa:
Adult supervision required at all times when children are swimming. Please close pool cover when not in use. Must abide by Pool/Spa rules which are posted on wall. Pool may be heated for additional $100-150 per day. Pool is heated to 86-87 degrees. Hot tub heated between 102-104 at no additional cost. NO DIVING. Jump rock is for jumping feet first only into 7.5ft deep end. Shallow end offers a spacious Shamu shelf-great for little children to play on.

Check in 4pm/Check out 11am.

The house was perfect for our group of 22. Each bedroom had an attached bath which was really helpful, with the bunk room having two showers and toilets. It has a laundry room on both levels which is great for such a large group. I worried from the photo’s whether the downstairs kitchen and gathering area would handle to whole group, but it was more spacious than it appeared in the photo’s. Being able to separate the kitchen table gave us room for all to eat together. Two dishwashers and two ovens - really well thought out for large groups! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, and our children and grandchildren enjoyed using them each day. Would definitely recommend this home!

10/10 It’s so spacious we loved that every room had a bathroom , house is fully equipped like it states on the description. Lots of Parkin across from the house we were a family of 30 people with 10 cars and had no issues with parking. Great communication with Austin and he responds very quickly to any questions you may have.

Wonderful week in greater Zion

House had everything we needed for a great week with friends/family. Host was very responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if we find ourselves venturing to Zion area.

Great Gathering Spot!

We loved the large dining table. Everyone was able to be together for meals and conversations. We also loved that everyone had their own comfortable bed and sleeping space. The pool and hot tub were a big hit as well. This worked really well for our group. There was something for everyone from 6 yrs old to 56 years old. And the location was really convenient to Sand Hollow. We were able to ride right from the property instead of having to trailer the motorcycles and UTVs every time. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly Sand Hallow trip

This house was perfect for our group. House was clean and very comfy functional floor plan. Would definitely stay here again. Less then a 3 mile drive to Sand Hallow which made it convenient to just leave truck and trailer at the house and drive the SXS

Great soccer tournament weekend

This was our second time staying here with several other families, all of us with kids playing in a soccer tournament over the weekend. This place is great! The kids loved the pool and hot tub, the common areas are spacious and comfortable, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The bunk room was a great place for the kids to sleep and hang out between games. All in all very clean, beautiful property and surroundings. We’ll be back for sure.

Wonderful Family or Group Rental

Fantastic property! Super close to Sand Hollow. Enjoyed the size of the rental for a large family and all that was offered outside. Pool was fantastic heated for the kids in late Dec. loved the privacy in the pool area as well. Austin shared they found a wedding ring and was able to return it to a family member!

6 sxs and 6 tow vehicles

Our week long stay with 15 people, 6 sxs and 6 tow vehicles was great. I was surprised that there was enough parking at the house and along the street to fit everything. We all drive crew cab pickups and our trailers are 20' to 28'. The house had everything we needed and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome after the long rides. I would stay here again in the future. The house is larger, clean and well stocked. There is room for 2 sxs in the garage and 5 in the drive way. We left sxs parked in the driveway all night with no problems.

Relaxing, peaceful stay

Beautiful home, bright, clean, & relaxing. We had a group of women - sisters & cousins. We were able to relax & enjoy each other, lounge in the hot tub & pool and also enjoy the gas firepit for the evening. Wonderful stay. Thankyou

This place has it all!

This rental was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was set up perfectly to accommodate our large group. The kids loved the bunk room and arcade games. We all loved the pool and hot tub and outside area. The living rooms had spacious couches so everyone could fit to watch movies. The kitchen had everything we could possibly think of and the whole house was so clean. We loved out stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great. Pool needs to be fixed or cleaned more often. Lot's of flies in the neighborhood which make their way in the home but I don't know what could be done about it.

Great stay - We highly recommend!

This home is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. All features and amenities function perfectly well. The kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed the table that comfortably sat 12 and the two large gathering areas. Some in our party really enjoyed the pool. This is the best property I've ever rented, and the price was quite reasonable. The host was quick to communicate, and all instructions were very clear. Great stay!

Weekend with the guys

Incredible stay at this property. The photos actually don’t do it justice. We had a group of 16 guys and it fit everyone comfortably. We played Sand Hollow and Copper Rock and also made a quick day trip into Zion one day. 10/10 and will be back. Austin was great to work with and very responsive as well. A trip that everyone will remember!

Awesome place for bigger group.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this big NEW property! The attention to detail and comfort exceeded our expectations. The property was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated with photos from all around the world, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedding, made our stay feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and tranquility. The property manager's responsiveness and helpfulness added a personal touch to our experience. The Perfect Stay!

This property was perfect. It had a fabulous stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need. The beds were comfortable. The bunk-room was perfect for our children. We LOVED having our own pool, hot tub and fire pit, as well as a fenced in backyard for our kids with lots of outdoor games to play. We would have liked to stay longer. It was clean, beautiful and just perfect for us.

Beautiful Calm in Hurricane

This property was beautiful, clean, and so peaceful! The pool was large as well as the hot tub and the fire pit was awesome! My kids loved staying here, so much that our only activity was a play at Tuchan, and they were not bored at all. There was plenty of space for all of us, and this was the best equipped places we’ve stayed. Everything from kitchen items, to plenty of super soft plush towels, this place had it all! We loved it, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
