Come enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful condominium. This condo is located on the 13th floor at The Summit Beach Resort. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo comes fully furnished, with a king size bed, built-in hallway bunks and queen size sofa sleeper. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Walk out to the balcony and enjoy the beach view and breathtaking sunsets.

Feeling hungry? There is a restaurant located downstairs by the hot tubs for your convenience. Or maybe you want to grill out? Grills and picnic tables are located on each side of the building downstairs.
There is also a mini convenience store/coffee bar.
Sit pool side and enjoy an adult beverage from the Tiki Bar and soak up the sun.
This property is kid friendly and offers a game room, tennis court and basketball court.
Looking to hear live music? We are located right next door to Tootsies
Orchid Lounge.
With a short walk, you can experience Ms. Newbies, Hammerhead Fred's and Longboards as well.

(Bikini Bobs Bar & Grill and Tiki Bar are closed during the off season)

We had zero complaints throughout our stay here. The host was responsive and friendly, the rooms were all clean and stocked with everything we needed. The amenities are nice and convenient. Central to a lot of night life. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. We will stay here again!!

This condo was exactly as it was advertised and then some. The location is great but also close to a lot of nearby attractions and restaurants. The owner really goes the extra mile & had quite a bit of items available in the condo. We didn’t need to run to the store right away. The master bed is extremely comfortable along with the window seat in the bedroom. Definitely will book again!

Amazing place to stay

I love staying at the summit. When it gets busy the elevators are a pain but the condo was perfect. Cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great stay.

This was a very relaxing, enjoyable visit for us. We come once a year, mostly every year, and have stayed at several different condos. This one was one of our favorites for sure. The room was amazing. Communication with the owner and check-in was flawless! The property has everything you need from the store, restaurant and bar on site, pool access, loungers etc. Definitely plan to stay again.

The summit-PCB

We have stayed at the Summit one week a year since 2010. This has been the best stay we have had! The room was perfect and the communication with the host was amazing. They were beyond helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. I would 10/10 recommend this property. We would love to stay here again!

We will definitely stay at this place again!

Super clean! Everything was brand new and very taken care of! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Already looking at dates to book for next year. Very happy with how fast the communication and instructions to check in and out were. Just a all around great experience. The ONLY complaint I have would be the elevators. Lots of issues with all of them working at one time.

Family trip

We loved the condo and the view , Jess is a great host, she had everything we needed and responded quickly. The only thing was the property itself was party central with college kids. A lot of drinking and weed smoking. But that won’t deter us from coming back and staying at Jess’s place. We will be back if we can stay at her place . 😉

The walls are dirty needs a paint job and some updates. Felt like there was sand in our sheets. That don’t want you to use the washer and dryer except for towels and wet bathing suits. Like the property not a fan of this particular unit.

The apartment needs to be renovated

Let me start with the good news. A wonderful hostess who responds quickly to messages. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great location of the complex, as well as the cleanliness of the areas! And that's where the good news ends... The apartment needs immediate repair. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling, it's horrible.There were six old medium sized towels (one of them was torn and the other had bleach stains).And there were six small ones in a terrible condition.There are very few dishes, and the ones that are old and you don't want to eat with them at all. More plastic utensils, dirty plates were stacked in clean plates. Pots and pans need to be thrown away long ago. In general, the kitchen is in good condition. Everything works. As for the bedroom. There was a very unpleasant smell.And the bunk beds are in poor condition, with no railing on the second floor.And my seven-year-old daughter could not sleep there because we were afraid that she would fall.Since my son, who is also 7 years old (they are twins), slept downstairs, so my daughter slept in bed with us all vacation. It was not comfortable. The paint on the beds was peeling off, which was not pleasant visually. In general, it did not spoil our vacation, but we will not return to this apartment again. I have photos but there is no place to upload them, unfortunately.

I am so sorry for your bad experience. There was a leak in the unit in the bathroom which I was not made aware of until after your check out... that was the reason for the mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. It has been treating and fixed. We are only allowed 5 people in the unit, which is why there are only 6 towels, washcloths etc in the unit. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit that you had access too as well as laundry pods and softener I left. The dishes are new, so I am not really sure what you meant by that comment.

It was so nice staying here. We loved eating at Bikini Bobs. Everyone was so friendly. The only thing that needed attention was the sheets on the master bed. They were old and knotted and it made me feel like it was a dirty bed. When my daughter came up, she brought me another pair and we stayed comfortable the rest of the time.
