Nuestras hermosas unidades están ubicadas en The Summit Condominiums en Thomas Drive en Panama City Beach, Florida. Este complejo hotelero a gran escala se encuentra en la playa y cada unidad disfruta de una vista lujosa del Golfo de México con sus hermosas arenas blancas y su agua azul turquesa.

Nuestras unidades de condominios están en los pisos 3 y 5. Toma los ascensores o disfruta del fácil ascenso desde el nivel del suelo. Cada unidad duerme 6 e incluye 1 dormitorio 1+, 1 1/2 baños, un dormitorio principal, un conjunto de literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Veinticuatro horas, guardia de seguridad, para su protección.

Estas unidades tienen todas las mejoras. ¡Bonito y limpio! Recientemente remodelado! Los precios de alquiler son de gran valor y uno de los más asequibles en la playa de la ciudad de Panamá y en la Cumbre.

Cada unidad cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada con lavaplatos, refrigerador / congelador con máquina de hielo, microondas, estufa, horno, cafetera, vajilla, utensilios, utensilios de cocina, etc. El comedor incluye mesa y sillas y una barra de desayuno y taburetes. Estas unidades incluyen una lavadora / secadora apilable para su comodidad.

La sala de estar incluye sofá, silla, mesas auxiliares, lámparas, TV por cable y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. Bonito dormitorio principal (con cama king o dos camas completas disponibles) con TV y baño principal. La sala de estar y el comedor conducen al balcón que da a las dos grandes piscinas, dos piscinas para niños y las cristalinas aguas azules de la playa.

Disfrute de muchas comodidades en el lugar: dos piscinas extragrandes, dos piscinas para niños, tiki pool bar, Lunch and Dinner Bar and Grille, Ice Cream Shop, Internet Cafe, jacuzzis interiores y exteriores, sala de ejercicios completa, dos saunas, juegos sala con mesa de billar, canchas de tenis, shuffle board, parrillas al aire libre, columpios de banco, área de picnic, área de juegos en la playa y una playa de servicio completo con motos acuáticas, parapente y vela.

Ubicado cerca de excelentes restaurantes, a poca distancia a pie o a corta distancia en automóvil de Summit, el campo de golf Signal Hill y dos emocionantes clubes de playa: 'Spinnaker's' y 'La Vela's'. El entretenimiento familiar cercano incluye temas acuáticos, diversión y parques públicos. La mejor pesca en el golfo.

Overall, the stay was OK. Elevators were broke constantly. The condo is a little dated. Probably needs to be upgraded furniture wise patio furniture was awful. Poor lighting.

Clean unit

The unit was clean and great location. However, we had issues with the bedroom tv and the dishwasher will not turn on. Besides those, we loved the unit.

Great place.

Great place to stay, comfortable condo has everything you need. With a family of 6 it was a bit tight and hard to get ready sometimes with only one shower. The dryer I don’t know if it was user error but it wouldnt dry past a couple min. Overall it was a very nice clean place plenty of things to use to cook with. Nice king bed in the room and bunk beds and also the couch bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great! The elevator situation at the summit was absolutely awful! We had to take the stairs the entire time of our stay! It was more of a “party” environment and that was fun! We enjoyed the karaoke nights and the movie by the pool.

Tv didn’t work first couple of days also hard to navigate. Streaming app kept losing connection, dryer didn’t work. Took two different service calls to correct. Great customer service.

Summit Snowbirds

Four Star condo service communication was great to work with. Our condo overlooked the pool. Great location. Next to the elevator. The Condo was fully stocked with plenty of linens and the king bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Summit in past posts get a bad wrap. We loved it here. We have been snowbirds in PCB for 5 years at different properties but enjoyed this the best. Heated pool. Great job by the grounds keepers, maintenance to always have this place looking clean. Steps away from the white powder sand along the emerald coast. Four Star condo service is a great company to work with. Thanks again for the memories.

Clean property in good location.

The property security and cleanliness were on point. There was ALWAYS someone somewhere watching the entry ways and/or cleaning maintaining the property. The condo was nice with all main essentials. A little TLC would go a long way, but we really didnt have any compaints. The location is within a lot of activities and restaurants. The ad mentions spinnackers and club le vala. They have been closed for years, and when/if they re-open spunds questionable. I was not disappointed with their closures, as the complex was mostly adults with families or respectful spring breakers. Id go back!

Wifi was out the entire time & the tv didn’t work. Had issues at check in & called several times with no answer. Silverware was dirty. Toilets had issues, maintenance had to come. Found out AFTER check in that the dryer did not work. The Summit itself was amazing!! The view was perfect. I would go back but not stay in this room.

Toilet and stove did not work

Checked in Saturday night. Called Sunday, Monday and Wednesday before someone spoke to us about broken toilet and broke stove. Still trying to get refund that was promised on 5/12.

The view is breathtaking and overlooking both the pool and beach we were able to sit inside while our toddler napped and still watch our older children make memories. They have a really neat chest that you can leave toys or take a toy or floaty so you don't have to buy one. We had a huge floaty I was trying to blow up and a staff member greets me and shows me to an air machine and offers to blow it up for me!! Staff and other guests were friendly and we will definitely be back again!!!

Summit resort condo unit 319

One of toilet wasn’t work. 2 of stove ranges wasn’t work. In the restroom deposits of moisture that are not healthy at all. they even have some cockroaches in the restrooms. What is not good at all. Vacation in first half of July 2022.

I am very pleased with both and will continue to use them. This specific room was great (compared to others at the Summit) the owners had generously stocked their kitchen with pots, pans, etc. It makes me angry when I rent a unit with a kitchen and it is empty, but these people were GREAT! Unique features about the property is that it has a restaurant on site, and one next door. I buy a few items to cook in room and never leave the beach. Another great feature is that 99 percent of units have 2 full beds and 2 twin beds

Condo #319 is nasty!!

Summit Condo 319 was gross and old. The toilet had a note that it didn’t work. The shower looked disgusting. Something red on bed skirt maybe blood, not sure. The couch and chair looked to have bodily fluid on it. Shelving in closet was rusted. 2 out of 4 chairs on balcony were broke and should have been in the trash , they were usable. Living room tv - the roku was unable to work. Hairdryer only worked on high speed. It was such a horrible experience, we left a night early to go home. I would never book this condo again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air filter was terribly nasty. Maintenance was surprised how dirty it was. Light bulbs were blown. Cockroaches were in the bathroom, as well as, all over the property. At least six were seen (two being in the unit itself). Spare pillows were stained and gross. Sliding door between restrooms would not lock. Front door had to been slammed to close it. Outlets in the master bathroom and the glass mirror in living room are loose and not safe. Property itself is nice and secure. Pools and hot tubs are great. Convenient to ocean and beach.
