Well kept private home in a quiet community on the Eastside of Tucson, accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, featuring a private & spacious walled backyard (with furnished porch & fire pit), large carport and extra parking for RV/Camper and beautiful views of nearby mountains. Perfect for long stays, families, traveling professionals, healthcare workers, seasonal / vacation travelers.

Amenities include on-site clothes washer & dryer, internet, Wi-Fi, TV's equipped with streaming services and basic local/network channels (ABC, NBC, etc) , workout/yoga space, stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee maker), dining area; all accented by a beautifully styled decor.

You will be within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers featuring Fry's Food Store, Starbucks, Target, Office Max, Ulta Beauty, Massage Envy and more.

The property is located on the east side of Tucson, approx. 12 miles from downtown. Take a day trip to Sabino Canyon or Saguaro National Park for scenic hiking trails, camping & sunset views. The area also features mountain biking, multiple golf courses for those who enjoy "tee time".

For walks, the Pantano River Park Trail and the Harrison Greenway Trail, are paved walking paths that are only a 5 minute drive from the property.

We stayed for only 3 days, but really enjoyed it. Handy location for grocery store and restaurants. Decent sized back yard for outdoor activities or just hanging out and relaxing. Kitchen has all of the basics you need. Nice touch with the Google home voice based HVAC control. Guest mode on ROKU TV a plus. Host very responsive when requesting info after we checked in.

The house was clean and well equipped and was located near everything we wanted to do. Our host replied to our messages promptly. The only downfall was that the neighbors had two dogs that liked to bark-a lot. But unfortunately nothing you can do about that.

I understand that the neighbor's dogs may have been unusually active for some reason, but I'm happy that you still found your stay enjoyable. They're usually inside at night and fairly quiet during the day, so I've never received any complaints. I have a good relationship with the neighbors, who understand I have rental guests. Cozy stay, great location

This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, for a family of four with a teen and a child. The location is on the East side and convenient to shops and many attractions. I love how modern and clean the property is too. Excellent stay!

Amazing Stay

Perfect cozy home for our Thanksgiving trip. We were in charge of making some sides so it was nice that the kitchen had basic cooking supplies. The highlight was the backyard; we spent so much time hanging out there.

Tucson Getaway

This property was a great base for our month in Tucson. Great proximity to Saguaro East and Sabino Canyon. The jewel is the back yard. Private and fenced with a covered patio and comfy furniture and gas fire pit.

Couldn’t ask for more

This was our second stay at this location. It absolutely couldn’t be better. Owner is super responsive and flexible. House is clean, easily accessible, and in a safe neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are close by. Check in and out were a breeze. Hope to be back again.

Nothing but good to say!

Everything went so smoothly our entire trip. From instructions ahead of time, to check in to communication while we were there. It was a perfect amount of space for my mom, myself and my 2 kids to stay while visiting family. The house was so beautiffuly decorated and cozy. It had everything we needed to have meals in. It was close to stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again when visiting family!

Elevate to Pikes Peak

This 2 bedroom home was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and safe vacation rental. The property is near conveniences and is short miles to the Eastern Saguaro NP. The property owners are excellent with communications and quick to respond to inquiries. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Fun place!

We stayed for a couple nights and needed something near the afb to watch our 5 month old grandson so our daughter and her husband could get some rest and enjoy their anniversary. This house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s as represented and the host Jenifer is super easy to work with. The backyard is so spacious. We had a great weekend and was able to spend some time with our family. The washer and dryer came in handy when we needed to do a quick load of baby clothes. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely stay again!

Nice home

The home is comfortable and served the purpose of being central to the different places we’re visiting in Tucson. Cute backyard with gas fireplace. Close to plenty of stores to get supplies. Lots of through traffic drivers on the street. Very low water pressure in showers and sink in master not draining. Coffee set up not great for big-time coffee drinkers, but Starbucks nearby. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

So thank you for your feedback & hopefully the SBUX gift card helped to supplement :) I'm not sure why you experienced through-traffic since the street leads into a residential neighborhood. We had a great stay!

This was our first visit to Tucson. We were looking for a comfortable home to use as a base to explore parks, hiking opportunities, museums and other events going on in the community. We feel lucky to have rented this property. It was cute, clean, comfortable, well supplied and the covered patio facing the large backyard was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring. The host is in the process of finishing up landscaping projects in the backyard, so that space will only get more impressive when the work is done. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near grocery stores, shops and places to eat. The host is incredibly responsive and the check in/ check out process was a breeze. We were sad to leave our "home away from home" and would definitely rent the property again should we return to Tucson.

Would not hesitate to book again

This was an awesome stay! I cannot say enough good things about the host. She was amazing to work with….incredibly flexible, responsive, and kind. The house is as pictured. Actually better than expected. The beds are a hard foam rather than a “regular” mattress, but we found them to be very comfortable. The house is secure and we felt super safe. The location is great. Literally a one minute drive to the grocery store, gas station, restaurants, coffee shop, etc. You aren’t more than a 20 minute drive from anywhere. The only negative I can think of is that there are 2 very large and very vocal dogs next door which barked incessantly for the first day of our stay. NOT the owner of this property’s fault, but something to be aware of. It was a little disconcerting when they would pop their giant heads up over the fence. The back yard is being renovated, but we still enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings. The weather could not have been more perfect. Check in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this place and the owner. 5+ stars! It truly couldn’t have met our needs any better. The whole process was great.

I've lived in Arizona for the majority of my life and have traveled to Tucson for family and business, and have loved every visit. I enjoy living in a somewhat small city (when compared to Phoenix) with the access to nature and the leisure activities and events of a larger city. My husband is a USAF veteran and was once stationed at the Air Force base a few miles from this home. We saw an opportunity to invest in a beautiful home in a great community and that we both were, and still are, very fond of.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I fell in love with the coral door instantly, and the turquoise accent wall in the living room was the whipped cream icing to top it off! The home is not overly large, but adequately spacious and quaint. Most of all, it's the clear skies allowing beautiful views of the nearby mountains, the calm vibe of the neighborhood (and neighbors) and the proximity to shopping and leisure activities that we enjoy... it makes us feel at home every time we visit.
