Brand new 3 story beach home in Ventnor. Book this property for your next family vacation and spread out with this home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, with multi-level decks, hardwood floors, all white kitchen, stainless appliances, quartz counters, and beautiful bathrooms. Only 2 blocks to the beach and 10 minutes to the nearest casino !! Check out the Atlantic City Boardwalk, Ventnor Pier, Acme Market, and Enchanted Day Spa.

• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are happy to accommodate pets and charge a pet fee per pet per stay. For stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

It had 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, which is what we needed and wanted. But otherwise it wasn't great. The sofa in the "family room" was pretty uncomfortable, as were the little chairs in there. Beds weren't particularly comfortable either, but were ok. No shampoo, soap, etc was provided so we had to find a store to buy that stuff. All in all It was ok, but not great

The house itself was perfect, each room had a bathroom and the place had everything you could need for a weekend stay. The only reason I would not rate this as 5 stars is because of the property management company. The steps required after booking the house felt extremely unnecessary, time consuming, and intrusive. I’ve booked many rental properties before and have never been required to complete - what felt like - essentially a background check. For those guests who do not have to deal with that, their stay would be amazing. For the person booking the house, just know that you’re in for some work once you select this property.

Property was as advertised. We appreciated that each bedroom had it's own full bathroom. Kitchen well stocked enough to cook multiple meals in. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and the house was walking distance to the beach and close proximity to everything we needed. Would rent again!

We stayed here over LDW for a wedding with friends and this was the perfect place! A short walk to the boardwalk and beach with lots of local shops around.

This is a very spacious house, a very walkable distance to Ventnor beach. High ceilings, lots of natural light, balconies off the living room, master and one of the other rooms, renovated and well equipped. The only suggestion I would give the owners is to think about providing beach tags to renters. Season tags can be purchased preseason at a very reasonable price. And late in the season, Ventnor City only sells season passes, not day passes. You can get around this by buying weekly Margate passes, which is cheaper. There is a one car garage; but if you are more than one family, as we were, street parking is very easy and never a problem. I think the only other thing that would have improved our experience is if there were at least a beach cart and some chairs. Although I know many owners do not provide that. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Family vacation

Location and house was great. Communication excellent. House does have a bathtub which they should list. Perfect four bedroom each with its own bathroom. Only complaint was kitchen lacked basic amenities such as serving bowls and/or mixing bowls and platters or a dish draining rack. Very easy fix!

Beautiful Space

Beautiful house, very clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to the beach. Great kitchen with plenty of storage. Excellent place with no one above or below you. Would definitely stay there again!

Exactly as described

Comfortable, clean, well-located. just what we expected. Would have been nice if we could have checked in a little earlier, or checked out a little later, but the rules were clear and that's a small complaint.

Perfect Location for a long weekend at the beach

Walkable to small local cafes, minutes from the beach yet in a quiet residential community. We were there for an IronMan Triathlon and couldn’t have asked for a better location and layout for all of our guests. Each room is equipped with a private bath, the kitchen is well stocked, laundry facility is a wonderful addition and the parking great. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip!

Property was very clean and within walking distance to the beach. The amenities were a little lacking, Mainly in the kitchen. While it was nice to have linen and towels, the kitchen didn’t really have items needed to prepare meals. I personally would rather bring towels and sheets than pots and pots. Other than that it was a good stay

Very nice property

Very nice, but there was problems. There was no hair dryer. There was lip stick on some glasses. The instructions were an issue. The codes were wrong and the wify password was wrong

amazing house and location!

if you are looking for a shore getaway- this is the place! amazing location and beautiful, clean home. no view though..but so close to the beach! please read fine print re: check in/out timing and base price is for 8 people. additional people cost more. plenty of linens provided.

Great house but not great managment

The house is nice. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. However I should warn you do not check out even a little bit late. When we were checking out, there was no one coming into that house that day as I could see the house was available to extend my stay. We were out one hour late and most of that was in the garage packing the car. We were actually out of the house only 15 minutes late. The owner of the property charged us a late check out fee which was really unnecessary. They refused to remove the fee which I thought was just simply not a nice way to manage the property.
