Beach is only one a minute drive. Nicely remodeled condo.

It only takes one minute to drive or 8 minutes to walk over to the beautiful Nokomis beach on Casey Key. Supermarkets, gas stations, banks, restaurants, bike/boat/kayak and jet ski rentals are close by. There are only three condos on the property. Calm neighborhood with lots of palm trees and other tropical plants. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the patio. Walking through the bridge to the island, you can watch boaters sometimes followed by dolphins on the intercoastal waterway. We provide beach accessories. Free on site parking. We look forward to having you!

Minor hiccups, overall great stay!

Overall, this was perfect for me during our annual family vacation to this area. The only issues I had were near the end of my stay - there was a distinct odor that appeared and the AC unit began to leak. I’m not sure if the two were connected. Additionally, the checkout instructions were to only take care of the dishes (which I did), but I received a message from the property management after I had already checked out and left to care for the garbage as well. I suggest adding this in the checkout instructions since I (and maybe others) don’t check the app often. Otherwise, I had a great time! Love the laundry in unit, was very helpful - coming home with clean clothes!

Great for vacation

We stayed for over 10 days, which flew by. The accommodations were exactly what we wanted, close proximity to the beach and to many other activities. The property managers were easy to contact and very accomodating. We recommend and would return.

LOVED OUR STAY

This has been one of the best places my family and I have stayed at! Had all the essential items that we needed. It was quiet and close to the beaches. It was super helpful to have items to use at the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again. CCommunication

Sweet!

Excellent property! Clean, quiet, cozy and functional. Safe neighborhood a short walk from 2 nice restaurants and the beach. Grocery and other shops 2 miles away. Can't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Great location and very clean and new

A great place for a couple. New and modern decor. Kitchen was very usable with quality pots and non stick frying pans.Great shower too!Safe and quiet off street parking with room for bikes or kayaks. Nice furnature for outdoors and also good beach equipment like umbrellas and chairs. You can easily walk to the beach.

Hidden Gem

Very nice contemporary style unit. Everything is new and clean. It’s remodeled with a great taste using good quality appliances.Communication with the owner is very easy and effective. We would recommend this place with no hesitation.

So cute, small but wonderful

I am giving 5 stars. The cleanliness was immaculate! everything you need for a short stay! Enough towels - plates knives and pots. They even left snacks and water as welcome! Not far from anything and in a nice neighborhood next to water. Couldn’t figure out how to walk there but it was a < 5min drive to dive and park. Only 2 complaints that did not stop the fun. 1. The back and driveway is very dark. No lights where the middle unit parks. I sent my husband out to car cause I frankly was scared to go. And there needs to be a separate air unit in the bedroom. If the door to bedroom is not open and AC all the way down it gets very warm. But we made it work. I still would highly recommend!

Great once again..

Just like all opther times there place was immaculate and Atilla reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit since it was so hot outside and if we needed anything additional for our stay...doubt there are any other rentals in that area that compares,,,,

The place was amazing. All new appliances, Split A/C unit. Nice Tile throughout the condo. Bed was memory foam and very comfortable. Close to two places to eat, within walking distance if you want. Beach was just minutes away over the IntraCoastal Waterway. I cannot say enough good things about the place. It was just great. And we were the only people there! Nice and quiet.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time. The place was immaculate and had all we needed. It was only a 10 min walk to the beach! We fished and did quite well, catching pompano and whiting, and a permit. We would recomed this place.

Location and ease!

This was my second time using this property. I love the location and proximity to the beach, but also quick drive to Venice and not too far from Sarasota. Has everything I need with washer dryer in unit and the shower is great! I also appreciate the use of beach chairs and beach towels. It's simple and small, but very tidy and has all the amenities I need for my busy stay. This is a great place for a couple on the go! I also enjoyed sitting outside on the front patio under the umbrella enjoying coffee in the morning. There's so much to do within 10 mins of this property.

Great experience!

The condo was well kept and maintained. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Pop's Sunset Grill, a local market, and surf shop and the beach is just down the road!
