Room for the entire family. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. One room and full bathroom on the ground floor. One bedroom is set up as a home office with a twin daybed. It's comfortable for overnight guests but I would expect someone to sleep on it long term. We can also provide a pack -n-play if needed.
This is a personal home that we rent out while we are traveling during the summer. The house is equipped with everything you need. Located across the street from a great park with playground and in a convenient location to shops, wineries, breweries and everything you need.
We have a property manager that is available if you need something immediate, or have any issues. They will also be there to check you in and out. The front door has a code so you will be able to come and go as you please.
The back yard is great for entertaining. we even have an outdoor fridge, BBQ, and wood burning pizza oven if you want to give it a try. Make sure to follow the directions provided.
1 month minimum, June 10 - August 11.
You will have access to the whole house accept for the garage. There is also a large gated side yard that is perfect for parking for a boat or small RV.
We love dogs and understand they are a member of the family. Dogs are welcome with an extra deposit and must be requested in advance with a picture and description of the dog. The house has doggy door and a fully fenced yard, plus side yard.
Kids welcome! We have two ourselves. The house is equipped with lots of toys and a pack-n-play. There is also a great playground right across the street and the Meadow School playground is only a block away.
The home is located in a very quiet and safe family neighborhood.
