There is a lovely pool & a bocce ball court. I carefully curated the entire home to fit the area with subtle reminders that you are nestled in-between Redwoods and Sonoma wineries! Only 50 miles to San Francisco & wonderful wineries and restaurants nearby. *Please note fireplace use is not functional*

Deer and Squirrels visit this home every day. The home is insanely peaceful and the setting is quite green. Excellent wineries like Pride mountain are in Santa Rosa with many others in the surrounding towns. Gorgeous towns like Healdsburg are close by. The Sonoma Airport is in Santa Rosa! San Fran is less than an hour away & the beautiful rugged coastline of Bodega Bay is only 25 miles away. Do not forget the numerous Redwood parks surrounding the area.

This 4-bedroom home has lovely, detailed bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs on the living room/kitchen floor) - King bed with attached bathroom. Very spacious and would be considered the primary bedroom.
Bedroom 2-downstairs- 2 queen beds. Large bedroom.
Bedroom 3 - downstairs- one queen bed (this is the smallest bedroom)
Bedroom 4- King bed and private patio- not bathroom attached but otherwise would be a second primary as it is significant.

Bathrooms- 1/2 bath in main living area
Full Master has a Bathroom with a shower
Downstairs Full bathroom has a tub and shower
Guest access
Guest parking is available in the garage or driveway. The house is equipt with smart locks for easy self-check-in. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door facing the street.

$100 per night for use of the pool heater. Please inquire prior to your stay.
Parking is available for 4 cars. 2 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway, and street parking is not permitted.
8 overnight guests are permitted along with 4 daytime guests, no more than 12 guests at any time. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM.
No amplified sound is permitted at any time.
