Inside this lovingly furnished, 10th floor condo, central air-conditioning and all-tile flooring keeps things nice and cool. If you're arriving around mealtime, you'll find it easy to cook up something tasty in the well-equipped, full kitchen - enjoy snacks or full-course dinners at the breakfast bar, in the dining area, or out on the balcony. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a variety of shared amenities, including two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and a 14,000-square-foot lagoon pool. Of course, the Gulf is always just a short walk away.
Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
WiFi speed may be limited during periods of high occupancy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
