Este amplio, Nivel Platino, 1131 pies cuadrados, condominio en buen estado tiene todo lo necesario para las vacaciones de la familia perfecta. Usted no estará decepcionado (si usted es como muchos de mis comentarios anteriores) guests..see !! Estamos comprometidos a hacer de sus vacaciones una de las memorias felices y relajantes de la familia. Los extras que ofrecemos en nuestro condominio son extras que son para familias con usted y su familia en mente. Somos veteranos viajeros de todo el mundo y sabemos lo que hace que las vacaciones de la familia perfecta. Relájese y disfrute !!

Este condominio es único de los demás con la misma planta, ya que tiene una puerta para la privacidad en el bunkroom..not una abertura desde el pasillo, pero una puerta que se puede cerrar por lo que la sala de literas tiene la misma privacidad que las otras habitaciones! También acabo de agregar un sofá cama adicional en la sala de estar, así como un sillón reclinable nuevo en 2017.

El complejo también cuenta con un teatro en el sitio de la película, Roman Spa - de 2 jacuzzi con vistas al mar, instalaciones de entrenamiento, piscina cubierta, 2 piscinas al aire libre,, restaurante, tienda de artículos varios en el lugar del 2 Jacuzzi exterior, en el lugar TIKI bar y en el lugar de alquiler de motos de agua, silla de playa de puesta a punto, banana y parasailing. Proporciono la silla de playa puesta a mis huéspedes de forma gratuita.

Property was lovely. Well appointed, clean, beautiful room with spectacular views. Check in was stressful. There is an additional fee you don’t find out about until the last few emails. And the elevator situation. I won’t stay here ever again because of the elevators. Be prepared to wait an hour, no joke, or take the stairs. For an older person like me that was not easy. And the front desk people are very rude. Especially one lady. She was no help when I was trying to find out why I had another fee that’s not stated in the listing.

Family get away

The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us It was clean and had all the amenities we needed There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. The only draw back were the elevators were very slow and had to allow extra time for travel.

Loved the location and condo, elevators are a disaster

Loved the location, very clean, and well kept. We were right on the beach with good walkability to restaurants. Unfortunately, the only negative which was HUGE was the elevators. We were luckily on floor 9 and able to take the stairs multiple times per day, however, the elevators took up to 30 minutes on some occasions. After 2 days of this, we just roughed and took the stairs for the remainder of our stay. Glad we were only floor 9 and in good enough shape to take the stairs each day. Probably will not return based on elevator issue.

The elevators are awful!!!

We stayed on the 9th floor our room was awesome every signal thing about the inside of the condo was great! However the wait on the elevator is ridiculous. My 7 month pregnant daughter had to wait on an elevator for over an hour!!! She finally had to call someone to come get her. We missed dinner reservations with friends another night because we waited 45 min on an elevator!!! I have bad knees we had to go up and down the stairs half the time we because if we didn't we were stuck! We got on once and went from the ninth floor stopping and going to the to the 27th to the Ground floor (where we wanted off) only for the doors to not open but to take us back up stoping and going at floors till we got to the 30th then back down stopping and going. We checks out this morning and after a very very long process of getting on the elevator to get carts, get cart (big line for carts too) and then waiting to get back up on the elevator, we were all packed up only to then have to wait another 45 min for the elevator and it only came because my husband walk down the stairs and got a someone to come get us and that person was rude! We wasted so much of our beach vacation time as a family waiting on the elevator and huffing with bad knees up and down the stairs. My pregnant daughter didn't get to go to the beach or pool as much as the rest of us because of the elevator and her being afraid she could get back to our room fast enough. They blame it on being peek season but no it’s just crappy

Awesome Beach View

The beach was incredible! Had a great view from the balcony, but the elevators were horrible, throughout the week every time we wanted to go down to the beach or out for dinner we had a long wait. Several elevators were not working, and the majority of the condo staff were not friendly or helpful at all. During check in it took use two hours to get our luggage from the parking garage up to our room because of the elevators being backed up! Due to all of the frustration with the elevators, we will not be returning.

Beautiful View/Terrible Elevators

While the view is amazing and the staff is friendly, having a parking garage across the street with only one working elevator is a problem. Ivv be understand things happen from time to time and I did see someone one of the days working on the elevator. To avoid the rush avoid checking times from 3-7 pm if you are traveling with family and a good bit of luggage, groceries or a handicap individual. I stayed on the 9th floor and definitely got my steps in using the stairwell way more than I wanted to on vacation. I read the reviews after booking and thought people were exaggerating. Nope! For a great experience avoid check in and out times allowing for 2 hours past the time. This elevator delima is not limited to the parking garage but the main building as well. Avoid the rush and enjoy the view!

Family vacation

It was such a nice property. It was my youngest sons and my mothers first time at the ocean. They enjoyed the stay so much. We had a great time and the property was great.

Fall Break w family

This place was perfect for the 7 of us ages 62-3 yrs as described. It had everything we needed for our week stay Oct. 7-14-23. All the conveniences of home. The only downfall was the elevator wait times but we were already prepared as we have stayed in this building before and considering it was during fall break. The property owner was more than gracious in answering a few questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. Thank you so much! Our family from White House and Hendersonville Tennessee

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time—plenty of space for us, in-laws and three teens. Everything we needed, lovely condo! Owner was very responsive to wifi questions. As others have said, the elevators are the only issue with the property in general. At 10am and 4pm expect big wait times. But the condo itself was wonderful!

Family Vacation

Wonderful getaway

Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances looked very new. The owners were very responsive before and after arrival. Can highly recommend this unit.

Spacious condo with a Million Dollar ocean view including beautiful Sunrises and Sunseys!! Condo had everything we needed and more! The location near Pier Park was perfect… walking distance if you are so inclined. Being ON THE BEACH was the best!!

The condo was great!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The reason we rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the terrible elevator wait times. 20+ minutes was normal.

It was OK!

This place was OK, I didn't expect bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, so if you have larger teens, this isn't the place for you. I think we left the place cleaner than when we got there. There was a layer of dust on all the furniture and the beds were very uncomfortable, especially the full size in the front room. If you every stay at this resort, Ib would recommend level 5 or below, as the elevators took over and hour to get to your level. Don't get me started on b walking up 9 flights of stairs. I felt sorry for some of the older folks or handicap folks who had to deal with this. We paid $525 for beach chairs for the week, only to be blocked by canopies and other umbrellas, so you have to go around all these folks. I would just pack my own umbrella and chairs the next time since no one enforces the rules at this place regarding placement of these items. Pack your patience!

Beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a perfect location being so close to many restaurants and stores. Pier Park is within walking distance. It is beautifully decorated and has a balcony that overlooks the beach. Would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity
