SLOPE SIDE SKI IN / SKI OUT TOWNHOUSE TOP OF POWDER MONKEY LIFT BEST LOCATION

One of the few true ski in, ski out slope side townhouse condos at Snowshoe. Step out the back door to your choice of green, blue or black slopes. STEMWINDER 15 is a spacious, well maintained townhouse located at the top of the newly upgraded Powder Monkey Lift. Western territory (Cupp Run, Shay's Revenge) is just a 2 minute walk as is the bus stop for those wanting to night ski at Silver Creek. Tuque’s Bar, The Pizza Slice and the fine dining of the Appalachian Kitchen are also located at the top of the Powder Monkey Lift. The village shops and restaurants are a short 5 minute walk. Stay at STEMWINDER 15 for a real wood burning fireplace (wood provided, no extra fee), get FREE and CLOSE parking (unlike village condos). Our back door opens to the slope side deck with a gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms (2 dividable king & 2 queen bunk beds) plus 2 sleeper sofas, 2 full baths plus a half bath, sleeps 11. Full eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops. Washer and dryer in unit. STEMWINDER 15 has been family owned for over 30+ years (continually upgraded) and we strive to maintain it in top condition. Owner managed.
Please note, we love animals, but this is a pet-free rental home. No smoking. Enjoy the best ski in ski out Snowshoe has to offer, Stemwinder 15.

One grandson says best experience of his life time! It was a good experience because it was a walkout to the ramp and the restaurant was beside us. It was fantastic!The beds were comfortable the light switches were cool and unique. I liked that it was easy to get to the snowshoe ski place and I also liked that there was a heater to heat up our shoes and clothes. We stayed at Stemwinder 15 and it was the best stay that we have had yet! Good thing we were right next to Powder Monkey ski lift because we had skied a lot and it was really easy to get back home. Really loved this place!

This is a great place to stay being located right at the lift, truly ski in ski out, village a short walk away, feels like you are in a Hallmark movie, absolutely beautiful resort!

Great stay!

This place is the definition of ski-in, ski-out with the Powder Monkey lift right outside the back door! The unit is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of room. My family had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Nice place, great location

Well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better allowing one to strap your skis/board on just outside the back door. I had a question at the very beginning of the trip and the owner responded promptly. I hope to find the opportunity to stay here again!

Best location on the mountain!

Great location on top of Powder Monkey lift. Condo is well furnished and comfortable. We would stay here every time if we could. Communication with the Owner was superb!

Property was very clean and had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful home away from home vacation. The location is unmatched! It doesn’t get more ski in / ski out than this, and it’s an easy 5 min walk to the village. What more could you ask for!? Highly recommend!

Skiing paradise

This is an ideal home for family gatherings and winter activities. The powder monkey lift is right outside the door with ski in and out access. Cuddle up by the wood fire as you enjoy time with family in the open layout main living areas. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous location!

This is an amazing property right on the slopes that truly allows you to ski in/out. It was great to have such easy access to the slopes as you walked out the back door and skied down and the lift came right to the back door! It allowed our teens to come and go as they pleased. We will definitely book again!

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stemwinder 5! What a wonderful place to take advantage of all that Snowshoe has to offer. The ski-in/ski-out access was so convenient, as was the quick walk to the village! The house was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the communication with the owner, as well. Definitely a place we’d visit again.

This property is paradise. This is the best spot on the mountain. It is ski in ski out and access powder monkey lift. I had everything I needed the host was amazing. Stemwinder 15 is the best. Can’t wait to come again

Quite and perfect location

Odor free and perfect location. This property was ski in and out, in between town center and close to silver creek. Nice towels, nice dishes, it stayed warm, overall the best place we have stayed In snowshoe. Cleaning crew definitely could have cleaned floors better, but we will Book this property again in hopes to have cleaner floors next time. Great stay, Great communication with owner.

My family has a passion for skiing, and we understand the value of a great location on the mountain. We have FREE and CLOSE parking unlike rentals in the village, we also have a real wood-burning fireplace ( free wood included). There is nothing like the feeling of skiing out the back door to your choice of terrain, we are at the top of Powder Monkey lift and right across the street from Western Territory (Cupp Run, Shay's Revenge) Stemwinder sleeps 11 people and has a full eat-in kitchen and a grill on the back deck. If you're considering Stemwinder 15, trust me- you're going to LOVE it, this is the best of ski in, ski out that Snowshoe has to offer.

The BEST location at Snowshoe, 5-minute walk to the Village. Family owned for over 30 years, currently owner managed. FREE parking at unit, multiple cars allowed in upper lot (no additional fee). FREE Wi-Fi and long distance calling. FREE fire wood. FREE parking. Washer and dryer in unit.

Free parking (multiple cars allowed). INCREDIBLE VIEWS FROM DECK. Bedroom ROKO TV's have added for the 25/26 season, also local cable in unit. Washer and dryer in unit.
Full eat in kitchen and grill on the back deck. This is the ultimate mountain vacation rental. FREE domestic long distance calling, WIFI included. Sleeps 11- bring your friends! 5 minute walk to the village and Split Rocks pool & hot tubs.
