This summer you can plan to kick back and relax in this spacious four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home with all of your family and friends! There is room for everyone in the three story vacation rental! This home is beautifully up to date! It features an open concept layout on the main level. Perfect for entertaining and making memories with loved ones. Expect all new living furniture and additional seating/ lounge area! Retractable baby gates will be added to both staircases on the main level.

The lower level will be a perfectly equipped family friendly space with a TV and games for the kids to enjoy!

Begin your mornings or end your days in the lush backyard with a patio table and umbrella for outdoor dining! A grill is provided for BBQ's with family and friends.

Located in desirable Bonnet Shores neighborhood--with access to a beautiful private beach called Kelly Beach (one of RI's best kept secrets!) that has gentle waves--perfect for kids!

You are conveniently located near some of Rhode Island's best restaurants, awesome water sports, hottest nightlife are just minutes away. And for convenience - amenities: banks, pharmacies, shopping centers, and grocery stores are around the corner. Quick access to Newport, Jamestown, Wickford; 40 minutes to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Providence. Can't ask for more when vacationing!

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
