Located in the desirable Upper Moonridge neighborhood, this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect choice for your next mountain getaway! With large open concepts and classic mountain charm, Overlook Chalet will provide the ultimate environment for an escape from day to day life. Home does have a long drive way as the entrace for the property is on the back of the home. Not recomended for those who can not walk longer ditances or stairs.

Upon entering you’ll notice the unique reverse two-story layout, with all of the main living spaces located on the top floor. Experience a night of rest and relaxation as you recline on the leather couches in front of a large flatscreen T.V. Turn on the wood burning stove to warm up during cold winter nights and play a friendly game of foosball on the foosball table! Head over to the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and an apron front sink. This kitchen has the perfect amount of space for cooking up large meals for the family.

Grab some coffee from the keurig coffee pot and head outside to the deck from some incredible views. Grill up some steaks on the propane barbeque or gather around the stone firepit and enjoy the night sky.

Downstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The first bedroom has a plush king size bed and a mounted flatscreen T.V. Access to a private bathroom can also be found in this bedroom and is equipped with a beautiful tiled walk in shower. In the next bedroom, you’ll find a fun twin over full bunk bed. The large window makes this room feel bright and welcoming while giving you easy access to views of the surrounding pine trees. The last bedroom has a full and twin size bed against stunning wood paneling. The large mirrored closet in this bedroom provides plenty of storage space for your belongings. If extra sleeping accommodations are needed, the living room couch also pulls out into a full size bed.

Overlook Chalet is situated in the perfect location providing plenty of options for commuting to your adventures here in Big Bear. Big Bear Alpine Zoo is walking distance from this home and provides a fun experience for adults and kids alike. If you’re looking for a great hiking trail with stunning views of the surrounding scenery, Bristlecone Trail is only a 3 minute drive away. Bear Mountain Ski resort is also only a mile away from this home and offers plenty of activities for you to enjoy during any season!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
