Great stay

Stayed here several times. Quiet neighborhood, great location. House is clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The use of the boat garage is a game changer for us and this rental has become our primary VRBO while staying in Havasu as our family works through our own build process.

Fun House

The house was very nice, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated that. I would definitely rent again. The beds were comfortable and the house layout was great.

Great pool and patio!

We had a really great stay! Pool, hot tub, patio is super great! Nice, open kitchen, living area. Showers were great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy drive to grocery stores, shopping, local tourist spots, day trips. VRBO and hosts were fast to respond to everything. We would love to come back!

Stunning property

Check in was super easy, communication was quick. Fast and easy trip to the marina. Aka location is centralized. Kitchen is nice and open to the family room. Pool was refreshing and everything was clean and ready to go. We will definitely book again!

Gorgeous house

The property was so relaxing. Beautiful! Didn’t want to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the overall space was relaxing. We didn’t want to leave!! Also the hosts were so easy to communicate with. Responded quickly and explained everything very well!

Beautiful property

Nice amenities. Only one problem.....when I inquired if the kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker, I was told it didn't, so I didn't bring any K-cups, but when we arrived, it did indeed have a coffee pot/Keurig combo. Probably not the worse thing that could happen, but I like my coffee in the morning.

Let me start by saying the house is beautiful inside and out. From the minute we checked in we tried to get the pool/hot tub to work and the equipment would not work on either. Called the property manager and ran thru the instructions with him and he said they have been having issues with the equipment and said he would come over and look at it which he did. Said pool was going to be down for 3 days [only there for 4] and sorry they would refund the extra you pay for heating a pool or spa. I have 3 grandkids there and all they want to do is swim. Asked for owners number and he replied "I manage 35 houses and you deal with me" Finally owner called nice guy and after 2 days at least got the spa to work. As far as the house goes I have rented over 20 LHC properties and this place had NO supplies whatsoever. NO TP, NO Paper towels, no trash bags of any size, NO Laundry detergent and a couple Dishwasher pods. To me just charge 40.00 a night more and supply that stuff. Its supposed to be an enjoyable time and was not. So for any future renters, bring EVERYTHING, dish soaps, Shampoo and TP you name it. The beds were comfortable and the Tv's worked. If I was a rental owner again I would just charge a little more to cover all the small things and pre heat the pool maybe 6 hours before tenants arrive. JMO

Home is beautiful and super clean! In a nice neighbor and felt safe during our stay. Please with all the amenities. Highly recommend this house for a nice getaway. Close to everything and the hosts were wonderful!Thank you for providing a wonderful place for the girls trip with my mom!

Great stay

Nice newer home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds are super comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything you need. The ability to use the rv garage for boat parking and wipe down is awesome. We’ll certainly be back.
