On Lake Hatcher! Great Views, Quiet Area, Close to Uptown, New Hot Tub!

This home located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best lake fishing in Pagosa is found. 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, sleeps 9. 180+ degree unobstructed lake view, adjacent to green space which is perfect for a picnic and access to the lake for ice or summer fishing. This house has a fenced in yard for the furry ones (2 dog max). The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of extras. New Hot Tub just added!

On the main level is the large living room and formal dining area, both with amazing lake views, which is just off the kitchen with a breakfast nook and casual family room with sliding doors to the back deck. The main level also has a half bath, large laundry room, 2 car garage and an office with a single person fold out sleeping chair. The living room has a wood burning stove and the family room has a gas fireplace. There are views with each main room.

Take the custom stairscase upstairs where you will find the master bedroom with king bed, large bathroom and walk in closet all overlooking the lake. Down the hall are 3 more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other 2 each having 2 twin beds (one of the rooms "the kids cave" has a twin trundle bed set up). These 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have black out shades and a very nicely furnished. The Kids Cave has a large TV and is a perfect room to play games and hang out.

This house has high speed internet, is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross country skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation center.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. Please contact us for details and fees. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog as well.

There is no swimming allowed in the lake

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Beautiful house on a beautiful setting. Location, location, location. This house has all your needs. Dogs loved sitting on deck every afternoon watching geese. Kids enjoyed playing on grass in backyard and walking around lake. Cannot wait to find a reason to return.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, and we especially enjoyed the patio with its stunning views. There are plenty of activities nearby, which made our trip even better. We would definitely book this house again. Highly recommended!

Had welcoming bottles of wine and chocolates, snacks beautiful Christmas tree decorated in pink flowers and lights. Gorgeous place, exceptionally clean. The home had everything you needed. We brought additional things we needed. The room in this house fit my family. They had a great time. The communication with management excellent. We would like to stay here gain. Hopefully next summer. Fishing was good,easy to get around area except for downtown,but city is making great improvements. Friendly people. Love this all so much. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

Everything about this property was amazing, comfortable furniture, fast wifi, fully stocked kitchen and air conditioning! The best part if the location right on Hatcher Lake. We walked out the back door and went fishing and kayaking. The people at VIP were extremely accommodating and were able to get us rental kayaks. Also, the property is very close to a big hiking/mtn biking trail network. We will be staying here from now on when we visit Pagosa!

Quick get away.

This house was great. Well stocked to make cooking easy. The view is amazing. Had fun with our SUP on the lake. The back yard is great for pets. We would definitely rent again.

House on the lake

The lake house property is very well equipped with anything and everything you need! The neighborhood is very peaceful and we loved spending time by the lake. The views are amazing! Restaurants and grocery stores are also very close. Thank you!

Lovely stay

We loved our trip to Pagosa. This beautiful home on lake Hatcher had everything we needed and more. From the hot tub to cosy kitchen we felt right at home! We loved the fenced in yard for our pets.

Beautiful House and Location

We have rented through VRBO for about 10 years and have to say this house is our new favorite in Pagosa. The setting is idylic with views of the mountains and peaceful Lake Hatcher. Every detail has been meticulously considered and this home gets the grand prize for well-stocked kitchens and essentials. From the hot tub and comfortable beds to the furnishings and art, we enjoyed every minute. The owners are gracious hosts that know how to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. This will be the first rental we check for availability the next time we visit Pagosa Springs.

Gorgeous Location

This location was perfect for us and our additional family member Paddy - the fenced yard was perfect for him! (Paddy is a dog). The other family members enjoyed the location too! The communication with VIP Vacation Services was excellent, they were very responsive. Thank you for a great stay - we would stay again.

Beyond expectations

This place did not disappoint. Comfort, hospitality and a beautiful place to stay. My husband, my 2 adult boys and their wives were all pleased with everything about this house. The hot tub after a full day of skiing was just what we needed. Managrment contacted me before our stay to make sure we had everything we need and to let us know they were there if we needed them. We didn't need them our stay was perfect. This is on the top of our list of places to stay in Pagosa Springs. Thanks for a great stay!

The space was very comfortable and spacious and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice assortment of teas and coffees. The backyard was perfect for our pup and the new hot tub was a bonus. The kids loved having a fun kid cave to hang out in. We would definitely stay again! It was nice have a direct number to someone if we needed anything during our stay, VIP was very communicative and responsive to any needs we had.

Lovely Home - Comfortable & Well Maintained

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The view is fantastic, neighborhood is quiet, home is wonderful!! Kitchen is well supplied with pretty much any dish or tool you might need. Our family skied & enjoyed the hot springs. We had a great time & loved having such an awesome place to call “home base” for the week.
