Modern Home Perfect for Vacations in Sparks / Reno

Whether visiting The Biggest Little City in the World, vacationing at Lake Tahoe or in town for one of the many conventions we would love to host your stay. Our home is perfectly located to allow access to all that Reno has to offer without having to be directly in the middle of it. Our proximity to I-80 places us 10 minutes from downtown Reno. The Sparks Marina, The Outlets at Legends and Wild Island Family Adventure Park are practically right next door. See you soon and safe travels!

Our modern centric home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The best thing about our home is its location. We are surrounded by almost everything you can think of restaurants, shopping centers, golfing, parks and of course casinos. We offer all the amenities without the hassle. We invite you to come see for yourself.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. Please do not use the fireplace.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Sparks.

One of our favorite locations is the Sparks Marina. The Marina offers walking trails, sandy beaches and includes areas for windsurfing and sailing to swimming and scuba diving to fishing and boating.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Reno a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
