Welcome to a slice of paradise. This 1bed/1 bath, 1st floor unit condo is perfectly situated in Sandpiper Cove on the 7th hole of a par 3 golf course. This property is on 43 lush acres, offering a blend of relaxation and recreational activities. 5 pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, pickleball/ tennis courts. 1,100ft private beach from on the Gulf side. Location is key, and this condo doesn't disappoint. Harbor Walk is 2 miles where you will find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Perfect Spot to Unwind

What a beautiful, clean, beachy and comfy place to stay! We enjoyed the beach and pool. Close to stores and restaurants. We had to leave home because of a hurricane so it was a huge relief to stay here. Katrina was an excellent host and very accommodating! We will definitely come back!

Destin trip

Condo was perfect for my husband and I and our small dog. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all with the shortcut. It was very clean and comfortable. The free greens were really nice. My husband used them every day. This is great spot for that. Located very close to the first and last hole. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo

Great condo with a lot of beach accessories! The owner has thought of all the little details. My only dislike was the location. It was quite a walk to the beach. I wish it were closer, but the beach cart and wagon helped with that. The washer and dryer were amazing to have for sandy suits and towels. The size of the condo was great for us.

Perfect Spot for Relaxation & Activities!

Property was perfect situated between beach, shopping and restaurants! It was quiet, clean, and had the best restaurant in all of Destin (seriously you need to eat at Louisiana Lagniappe!!!) Loved the gated community and the 24/7 staff at the gate, helped make staying here feel super safe! Beach was less than 2 minutes away and private - which was really nice for 2 adults looking to get away. Highly recommend and would book again!

Husband's Favorite Sandpiper Condo

We've stayed at many Sandpiper condos, some good and some bad. My husband typically doesn't care where we stay but for him to say this is his favorite says a lot. The location was great. The rooms are suitable sizes, and we loved the walk-in tub. Very clean. We both love the layout. The pool was nearby but not in the backyard. Easy to unload and back up to the front door. The property manager had a great attitude and was very helpful. Including the beach chairs is a huge plus.

We had an amazing time at Sandpiper Cove 1062. Perfect location, free beach service, cozy condo with all needed amenities. The owner and property manager were very responsive and made our trip truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

Best getaway ever!

We loved our stay in Sandpiper Cove so much! The walk through the cute neighborhood to the private beach was super easy and the sand and water at this beach cannot be beat! It is beautiful! Katrina was incredible from booking all the way through our stay. She was super helpful and always responded quickly. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing anniversary and can’t wait to bring our kids back for another trip!

Great stay!!!

The place is just as listed. Check in was easy and key code works perfectly. Clean and comfortable for a couple, maybe even a 3rd person. I loved the location, close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The beach chair service was great. The condo is just a short walk from the beach. The beach little bar was open and it was just conviniente to grabs drinks and food awhile on the gorgeous beach. The property was well maintained, pools were clean and with plenty of chair. Golf course seemed nice but I don’t golf. The restaurant in the complex is very good, we ate there 3 nights. I really enjoyed this condo and would stay again if back in Destin. Thank you.

Great Condo for the Family

This stay was amazing. The location is perfect, and the condo was like a home away from home. Katrina’s place has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella at the beach. I was immediately comfortable and felt at home. The girls (daughter and her friend) loved the location, and made many new friends. The dogs also loved it! I would definitely recommend Katrina. Wonderful Getaway….so much to do!

My husband and I, plus our dogs, had such a fun and relaxing visit! Katrina was such a helpful hostess. Her attention to detail around the condo was so wonderful and considerate. We brought our bikes since the community is very bike friendly. The private beach was incredibly close and the chairs and umbrella set up was such a nice experience. Gorgeous beach! My husband enjoyed playing golf daily with the large group; they were so nice and welcoming! The heated pools were a great amenity since it was cooler while we were there. Amazing sandwiches a few minutes away at Local Market, and really great sushi and ramen across the street at DOMO Izakaya. Will absolutely be back!

Perfect getaway

I loved everything about this condo and community. The condo is clean, well kept, comfy and adorably decorated. The gated complex has private beach access and is in close proximity to restaurants and HarborWalk. The owner was exceptionally welcoming with emails and easy to contact (even left a small basket of goodies upon arrival). Can’t wait to get back!

We are from Shawnee Kansas, a suburb outside of the KC metro area. Our first trip to Destin was in 2013 and we fell in love with the area and the sugar white soft sand. After multiple trips to Destin and other towns along the Emerald Coast we decided to purchase our own condo in what we think is Destin’s best kept secret: Sandpiper Cove.
Our ground floor condo in Sandpiper Cove is a quick walk to a private beach.
