The property was welcoming to pets. The property was clean and the pictures on VRBO are accurate. The beach service was a great addition to our stay and we used it every day. We had a beach view from the balcony which we enjoyed every morning while we had coffee. We would come back for another visit.

Excellent Location

Walked to the beach everyday without having to cross the street. All amenities were covered by Sandpiper Cove and we had great service every time. It felt like we were staying at a resort with the convenience of having our kitchen to save on meals. Had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a perfect location. We did not rent a car and the food stores are across the highway. We purchased a case of water from the corner gas station/mini mart. Basically located on the beach. The gate was broken all week due to someone driving onto it, which made it not being in a secured location but that nothing to do with the condo. That’s a management issue. I was not happy about it and expressed my concerns.

Winter break

Condo had nice view of ocean. Kitchen was adequately furnished. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable . Condo was on the second floor and has no elevator, so be prepared for 3 flights of stairs which is kind of dark at night if the porch light isn’t on at the lower condo. Only had one problem, and that was a sliding glass door handle that had a screw break. I reported problem and it was repaired in an hour. Would return for another vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the money I expected more. We have stayed at other units there and this does not compare. Very outdated and lots of repair needed. If you want luxury-this is not it. The night we arrived we unloaded, then went for groceries and ice. The door wouldn’t open. They did come right away and discovered the batteries were dead-then 30 minutes later they were back. 30 minutes in Florida heat-ice melts. We had driven 10 hours and sitting in heat was not fun. Coffee maker is ancient and barely works, absolutely no amenities. The only positive is the location.

Having 2 chairs and umbrella was a big plus. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Ricky’s good for drinks and bar food. We arrived to find three holes cut out in ceiling and wall. Office staff was contacted to find out an air conditioning issue. Had maintenance check on dryer part not attached so we could use and they adjusted water heater temperature but still warm but not hot shower. Condo was comfortable nothing fancy. Outlets in bedroom were very loose so chargers would not stay plugged in. Outlet closest to window would click/spark and not charge. View of beach was great. Enjoyed watching dolphins play back and forth for about 30 minutes. Nice deck furniture.

Very disappointing birthday weekend! Don’t believe the positive reviews

We left a day early, would have been two days but that’s too much $$ to throw away. First of all the listing doesn’t specify you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs! This would have made a huge difference in my decision to choose this unit. The pictures make this place look bigger than it really is. The stove is blinking like it’s shorting out; takes forever to heat up and very confusing to work. The freezer only made about 3 pieces of ice and the inside shelf filled up with water and froze up. No bathroom towels provided as advertised; thank god I brought beach towels or I would have had to dry off with paper towels! You can definitely tell that the interior “renovation” basically covered up the crap hole it was; very shotty work, must have been in a hurry to finish. The bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on; we went and bought an air mattress because the bed was so uncomfortable and the closet - well it was creepy! We never could get the Cox service to work in the living room; had to watch crappy Roku tv. 3 - 4 different remotes and no instructions on what to turn on first, etc. The seat cushions on the table stools weren’t even attached to the base. The living room furniture felt like ita came from goodwill - no cushion at all. The outside deck railing looks and feels like it’s going to collapse. The pictures showed a nice bar across the deck- nope; just a lose railing. Very disappointing Birthday weekend; very unfortunate!

Disappointed

The condo was clean however, the mattress was so hard we left 2 days early. I couldn’t suffer one more night. I woke up every morning barely able to get out of bed. Had to take long hot showers to loosen my back. Did have ocean view but the dunes blocked the beach view. Condo is on the second floor so be prepared to carry everything up 2 flights of steps. Also, Wi-Fi worked when we first arrived but lost connection and we could not reconnect devices. Not a happy birthday 😢

This was our first time staying in 2120, and I can tell you it won’t be our last. The condo is beautiful with great ocean views and it was very accommodating to my family of four. It was furnished with all of the necessities needed and was a nice retreat after a long day on the beach. The only downside is that the front door sticks when opening and the sofa bed mattress really needs to be replaced. If these two issues are addressed, it would be absolutely perfect!

R&R get away!

The condo was awesome! It was a little warm in there, but overall it was good. The bed is low to the ground and a little hard. 😂 If you like that then we recommend this condo.

There was plenty to do, we didn’t even have time to enjoy all the amenities. The unit offered beach service with he rental, which was a blessing and savings. You are close to everything but still in a quieter area. The private beach was not as crowded as the others. There were plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. You could not hear your neighbors like you do in a hotel or other condos. It really was a great place to stay!

Beautiful view!

Great location! Furnishings were rated a 2 on a scale of 5. Lock was missing on sliding glass door. The floor was not clean. Only had 2 wine glasses - 1 was plastic and 1 was glass. Room price was fine, but add-on fees and taxes was not a good bargain.
