This is the perfect place to relax by the bay with water view from the living room or balcony.
Vacation or get-away - Come and enjoy paradise.
Water sports - Excellent location for fishing, paddle boarding, kite boarding, and much more.
Come to relax - Take a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises or walk down to our relaxing boat dock for amazing sunsets on the bay. Enjoy the local town with entertainment, dining, shopping and live music. It is a small and quite gated condo complex.
Remote work - If you need a sanctuary to remote work, do it here.
SpaceX - a short drive to SpaceX Boca Chica, go see the space craft being developed for space travel and eventually going to MARS!
Available weekly and monthly.

-It is a spacious condo with 1,152 square feet of space.
-The main bedroom has a sitting area.
-Full kitchen with plenty of dishes and silverware, and bar sitting area and dining table.
-Spacious living room with large couch, mini-bar, cable tv.
-High speed 5G WiFi.
-Washer and Dryer in condo.
-Private balcony with plenty of space and sitting for four.

-Gated small complex with fishing bock/boat slips, swimming pool & jacuzzi (w/bay view), water recreation gear outdoor storage area. Boat may not be longer then 22 ft.

-Centrally located, with short walking distance to beach access.
-Local music scene, restaurants, and shopping
-Bird and nature sanctuary, and turtle rescue, catamaran sunset dinner cruises, beach horse back riding, ziplining, and an entertainment district

-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-No smoking
-No pets
-No grilling on balcony
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-No Spring Breakers allowed

Propietario/a: Luis
Erika and I enjoy spending time with family and vacationing at our favorite locations; Hawaii, San Diego, or South Padre Island! Erika is from the Los Angeles area, while I am from the South Texas area (near SPI). We met while I was serving in the United States Marine Corps and have been together ever since (26 plus years). We love South Padre Island because of the beach and bay, but also because of the amazing people that live here.

Short 10-minute walk to the beach and steps away from the bay....need we say more? We love being close to the beach and the center of town where all the action is, but also enjoy the tranquility of the bayside area. We love this property because it offers all of it. When we just want to relax, we hang out by the pool or on the balcony and enjoy the serenity of the bay and the calmness of the condo community. When we want to explore, we walk over to the beach or go into town to have some drinks or do some water recreation. It truly is a perfect location!

Beautiful view of the bay from the living room, the boat dock to enjoy the sunsets or do some fishing, and the friendly neighbors that frequent this condo complex. We knew as soon as we drove past the gate into this small complex, that this was our home. Entering our condo and looking out the window sealed the deal for us. We are excited to share this wonderful place with you!!
