Quaint three-bedroom home on a large corner lot. This is a very friendly neighborhood, less than 15 minutes from Downtown. Enjoy the modern kitchen and bathroom, and open concept living space. Fully fenced backyard with tons of space and privacy. If you’re looking for a serene, charming place to get away for the weekend, this is an excellent place for you!

The Space:
Welcome to this charming three-bedroom home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Thoughtfully updated while preserving its classic character, the home features a bright, open-concept living area with comfortable seating and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. Each bedroom features cozy bedding and abundant natural light, while the bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. For added convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer.
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to unwind or entertain, offering both privacy and space to enjoy Austin’s sunny weather. Free street parking is available right outside, making it easy to come and go as you please.
Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a longer stay, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and Austin charm.

The guests have access to the entire home and the large backyard. There is free street parking by the home. Some closet spaces are closed.

Amazing location! This South Austin neighborhood is within two miles of coffee shops, beer gardens, breweries, and a winery. The South Congress, South Lamar, and South First Street locations are a very short ride. Downtown is only 15 minutes away.

Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.
Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
HOUSE RULES:
- Occupancy [ 6 ]
- Pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet and not to exceed 4 pets.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed..
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- There are exterior cameras at the property. Please do not tamper with them.
- The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property. Please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling.
- There is a Green Egg Grill available for use in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own charcoal supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's window units above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the setting by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
