We stayed here for the F1 weekend and really appreciated how close the house was to the track. The location was perfect for what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was simple and smooth. The house had all the basics covered for a comfortable stay, and we had plenty of space to relax after long days at COTA.The home is a bit older and could use some updates, as there are signs of wear like cracks around walls and fixtures. The neighborhood felt a little rough around the edges, and the nearby airport meant occasional plane noise. There wasn’t access to regular TV, and a streaming login wasn’t provided, so that’s something to keep in mind if you plan to watch anything during your stay. I'm sure I could have asked but at the end of the long days my mind was tired and it it wasn't the end of the world for our group.Overall, the house met our needs for the weekend, and the convenience to the track made it a great home base for the event.

COTA Race Weekend

Very close to race track; downtown Austin within 10 miles, convenient to get around. Property was very clean, spacious inside, and accurately pictured. Check In/Out process very smooth with owner.

An Amazing Stay

Convenient location minutes away from COTA which was a plus. Only 10 minutes away from the airport. Communication with the host was great.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend at COTA and it was great. Super close to the track which was very convenient and Maria was very easy to work with.

So glad we booked here. Perfect location, ease of getting to our son’s VRBO and his wedding. Thank you to our host! We appreciate such a clean space to rest and run again in this busy 3 day weekend! ❤️

Wonderful stay

We landed in Austin at 2 AM and this house was 10 minutes from the airport. It was a LOVELY place to stay and super convenient. Its a beautiful home and very spacious. If you don't mind some planes overhead, I would recommend if you need a 3 bedroom home near the airport at a great price.

Looks newly remodeled

The house was very accommodating for our group. It looks like it was recently remodeled and the owner are still in the process of upgrading certain minor things. Very spacious and a great kitchen, too. Very clean on the inside and maybe eventually some landscaping and outside seating area would enhance the property.

The house was in the perfect area we needed to get to COTA. Restaurants were very limited in the area. My biggest complaint was the neighborhood. Cars lanes in front yards, next door neighbors with extremely loud cars and trucks that were started at all hours and neighbors blocking the driveway with a van. But my biggest complaint is the rooster that started crowing every morning at 4am till about 8am. Disappointing.

Let me say this upfront-our motorcycle group all said they would come back but.............they couldn't bring their family. The photos are very deceiving. The property was chosen by one of our men in the group. When we pulled up we all looked at each other and asked "are you sure this is the right house?" The house inside and out is falling apart. There was no grass, just dirt. The shrubs hadn't been trimmed in years. The house was in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. Luckily we were able to put our 4 expensive Harley's inside the cluttered garage. Were it not for that we would have not stayed. The house has had a cheap facelift inside but even that is poorly done. Tons of cracks in the walls. Cables hanging from the ceiling. The return air vent was filthy!!!! Only ONE TV for the entire 3 bedroom home!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the clock on the wall was cheap,broken and didn't work. It became a joke each of the two nights as we would find "new" things. I was the only one who was seriously bothered by the condition but I felt I should warn someone. We LOVED the closeness to the Circuit of the America's race track. It had good cold air inside. It was clean. But we all felt that the property probably couldn't be sold with all the structural issues so they decided to just rent it out. You'll notice there are NO PHOTOS of the outside. That's now obviously on purpose because we would have never chosen the house based on the photos/neighborhood. I'm sorry!

Great place for a peaceful getaway

We loved the place. It was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Everything was super tidy and clean. Check in process was also really simple. Would definetly come back to stay at this place
