Spread across three levels, the home pairs a bright, warm-coastal interior with practical group-friendly features. The main level has an open living, dining, and kitchen area for shared meals and relaxed evenings, plus a first-floor queen bedroom beside a dual-access full bath—especially convenient for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed and private en-suite bath. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a full hall bath. The third-floor kids’ loft adds a TV/lounge space, balcony access, and two side-by-side bunk beds with four twin beds—an easy setup for children and teens.

After the beach, come back to furnished outdoor space, a gas grill, and a fire-pit area for low-key nights at home. Two balconies create extra places for morning coffee, a book, or fresh Gulf air. The regular beds sleep up to 12 guests; two twin air mattresses are available for a maximum overnight occupancy of 14. Beach towels, chairs, and toys are kept at the side of the house for guest use.
