The kitchen is fully stocked of everything you will need for your stay. Take a break from the sun, in one of the two inside living rooms. Or retreat to one of the four bedrooms.
Coming with kids? Rest assured knowing there is a pac n' play, high chair, children plates, bowls and cups waiting for you. We also have sound machines in most bedrooms to make sure your children sleep soundly. This way you are able to relax by the pool, knowing your napping with no noise disturbances! You will also find pool floats, life jackets and water toys for multiple ages.
The grocery store is only a few minutes away from our property, so you can fully stock up on all the goods for your get away!

Guests are welcome to use all parts of property, with the exception of the garage.
We are available for any questions you have before, during or after your stay. We typically respond with in 10 minutes, unless we are out of reception. Quick communication is a huge priority to us!

Uber & Lyft are ride share apps that are readily available in the area- typical wait time is just a few minutes. Watch out for surge pricing during events, rush hour and late night starting around 12 AM.
In addition to Uber, Lyft & Taxis Old Town, Scottsdale offers a Trolley that runs every 15 minutes from 10 am- 9 pm. Explore at a leisurely pace on the city's Lime Bikes. You can also rent scooters from a local business called Old Town Scooters. The Valley Metro Light Rail is available for transportation as well as the Bus System.
POOL HEATING COST:
There is an extra $50/day charge if you would like the pool heated. Please message us promptly after booking if you would like this service. Please note, heating the pool will be a minimum of totalnights booked or at least4 consecutive days, whichever is less.
When the pool is heated it will be at a swimmable temperature, but not the temperature of that of a hot tub.
*In the months of June, July, and most of August we don't usually find it beneficial to heat the pool.
