Listed on the State Register of Historic Places, this architecturally significant Gingerbread Home has been beautifully updated with modern appointments including custom furnishings and a gourmet kitchen.
Walk right down to the crystal-clear waters and admire fabulous sunsets from three private lanais. Enjoy an oceanfront cookout in the charming courtyard or unwind into vacation mode from the comfort of the primary suite -- which occupies the entire top floor.
Your picturesque Diamond Head locale is a short stroll from upscale eateries, beach parks, tennis courts, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo.
LIVING AREA
The sun-soaked living room is appointed with multiple sitting areas, a 65” smart TV, and a covered oceanfront lanai.
KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the sleek gourmet kitchen, detailed with helpful gadgets and a full suite of modern appliances -- including a Viking range.
Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar for two, then sit down to a tasty meal at the dining table for four.
BED & BATH
Occupying the entire top floor, the tranquil primary suite provides a king bed, twin daybed, private oceanfront lanai, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. This flexible space offers a reading nook or can be configured as a bonus sleeping space.
The second bedroom also includes a king bed, twin daybed, and private oceanfront lanai, while the third bedroom holds two twin daybeds and a twin trundle. (These bedrooms do not have closets and are closed off by pocket doors.)
The guest bath has a roomy dual-head shower. An additional half bath provides convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Make use of a gas grill and enjoy meals at the patio table for four. (The grill and beachfront courtyard are shared with the adjacent home.)
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and private garage parking for one vehicle are provided. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This rental does not have central heating.
Please note that a relative of the homeowner lives in the house that shares the courtyard.
No smoking on the seawall per city and state.

The Kapi’olani Regional Park Tennis Courts and Diamond Head Tennis Center are within a short stroll. Hike with ease to the best view on the island -- the Diamond Head trailhead is a 2.8-mile drive.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
