Situado en el corazón de Waikiki pasos de la playa, en la Seashore-- 2450 Koa Ave. En la 9ª planta de un edificio de 10 pisos, cerca del Hyatt Regency y la estatua de Duke Kahanamoku. Este océano muy bien y cómodamente amueblada y unidad con vistas al Diamond Head se encuentra en uno de los lugares más ideales y deseables en Waikiki. Esta unidad recientemente renovada cuenta con una nueva cama con dosel tipo almohada / pequeña bobina (y un sofá cama completo), un televisor LCD con pantalla plana Samsung con cable, Internet de alta velocidad y teléfono con llamadas gratuitas a cualquier lugar de EE. UU. Y Canadá. Hay una cocina completa con horno de tamaño completo / gama, microondas, refrigerador y todos los pequeños electrodomésticos / platos / pan / cubiertos que necesitará. La terraza tiene muebles de comedor para disfrutar de hermosas mañanas y noches tranquilas. Breathtaking views!

My husband and I stayed at Mike's condo in The Seashore, overlooking Diamond Head and the ocean for 8 days. It was 2 blocks from watching the sunset over the ocean, and easy drives to a rum place, coffee and a cacao farm for great tours. Mike was attentive to our needs, comfort, and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend travelers contact him for a great experience with lodging.

Wake up to Diamond Head View

Great location - close to the beach and we could walk to restaurants, shopping and luau. Enjoyed the lanai and waking up to a view of Diamond Head. Mike was great to work with.

A great place

We arrived on a Monday and stayed until Saturday. The condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Waking up and being able to walk out onto the patio andfeel the breeze from the ocean and the amazing view. If we plan another trip, this is exactly where we will stay again :)

Awesome Waikiki Location!

The property is situated just steps from Waikiki Beach and central to all kinds of restaurants & shops. Mike, the owner was very helpful and responsive. Prior to our trip he answered our questions and helped us identify New Years Eve entertainment options. Check-in was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Mike was amazing! Really goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Communication from property owner is prompt and professional. Property is clean and well stocked. Very close to waikiki, food and convenience stores. A/Cwas ice cold

Just what we needed!!!

We have really enjoyed our stay here!!! The place is so lovely and the location is perfect! My biggest concern with Vrbo is cleanliness and I was so relieved that it was so clean! Mike was great!!! He worked with our schedule, and answered all my questions promptly! We definitely recommend this quaint rental for a great get away!!!

The unit was ideal for a person without a car. Within a blockof all activities and tour pickups, bus services, and grocery stores. I spent many hours on the balconywith its lovely view Mike is a great host

A Block to The Beach!

We had a fabulous week here! Mike was super responsive and even had fresh homemade muffins, which were delicious, waiting for us upon arrival. The place had everything we needed. Location was close to everything at a fraction of the cost! Awesome view of Diamond Head and the ocean from the lanai. We were in search of the best Mai Tai on Oahu and we think the Mai Tais at the Shore Fyre restaurant next door were the best! Hope to return again in the future.

Fantastic stay and location

This is a great location, affordable, has everything you need. It's close to everything. I stayed with my 9 year old daughter. It's safe, secure, super convenient. Communication was great, super flexible keyless entry to avoid having to deal with keys. Quiet side of the building. Ocean views. Kitchen. A block from the beach. Right next to Moku, the best place to rent boards in Waikiki.

Mike was amazing! He was super sweet and welcoming. He was so helpful from the moment we landed. He helped guide me to an appropriate parking lot and even stayed on the phone with me until I parked. I had mentioned wanting to try Hawaiian food and he dropped off some Hawaiian treats before we checked out. Check in/out was seamless. By far the BEST lodging experience I’ve had thus far. Also, the unit is central to everything we wanted to do. FYI, if you end up renting a car the Waikiki sunset parking garage (put it in your gps) is the cheapest and closest (8 min walk.)

Beach and mountain breakfast view

From beginning to end a fantastic and memorable experience! The communication before and during our stay with our host Mike was excellent. We were very pleased to find a lovely treat waiting for us upon our arrival. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking appliances and utensils so that we could prepare our own meals as planned. The unit was clean, quiet and conveniently located, really only a few steps away from the beach. Due to the convenient location we either walked or took public transportation everywhere we went, including to and from the airport. It was absolutely wonderful waking up every morning and having breakfast on the lanai with a relaxing view of the beach and Diamond Head. We found the unit nice and cozy for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Mahalo Mike.

Book this place!

My sister and I spent a month here in May, and I could not recommend this place enough! The check-in process was so easy and the condo ended up being ready for us early. The place was super clean, has great views, and is one block from Waikiki Beach and ABC Stores, plus close to so much shopping and restaurants (Recommend Pai's Deli, The Sunrise Shack, Paia Fish Market!). Very walkable but also close to the bus line and car rentals. We felt really safe as two young women, as there is a restaurant next door as well as other hotels so there are always people around and the area is well lit. The building door is locked all the time as well so only people with keys can get in. The place is small, but feels a lot bigger when you open the curtains and let in all the natural light. We only ran the A/C at night as it's almost constantly breezy and comfortable. Book this place!

Amazing

When we first arrived I was a little worried as it was very late and there are garbage bins right by the main entrance to the lobby that look a little sketchy. The lobby is not terribly inviting either. But once we go into the condo all my worries disappeared. The air conditioning was on so it was the perfect temperature. The tv was on the guide channel (nice touch). After a long day of travelling it was great to crawl into a very comfortable bed. You cannot beat the location. A view of both the beach and diamond head. A block from the beach and central to walk wherever you want to go. You are also only a block and a bit from the bus going either direction as well. Mike was great to work with. He answered all inquiries in an extremely timely manner and was very accommodating. This was the perfect place to stay for just my husband and I. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great stay

This was a fabulous, well-appointed, centrally located condo and Mike was such a great host. We arrived on Lei Day (May 1), and didn't realize this is a big celebration here. Mike let us know, and we visited the park down the road per his suggestion (it was fun - dance performances, booths, and food!). This location was perfect for our visit - close to our daughter, right in the middle of the heart of Waikiki for shopping and eating, and SO close to the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo, it was arranged well so didn't feel small. Even the ledge of the bathtub made a nice shelf. We used the cooler and water jug for our daily excursions, and rented the surf boards from downstairs one evening. Overall, we explored the island outside of Waikiki/Honolulu daily then hung out around the condo each evening. We generally ate at the various food trucks close by then walked down the main strip to people watch/shop. It was also easy to catch the sunset each evening on the beach. Parking at the Waikiki Banyan parking garage was actually not that bad, it was just a 4 block walk to get there. And any time we needed anything, there were ABC stores everywhere. We would definitely stay here again and Mike was lovely to work with. The location for this area was absolutely ideal!

Perfect Location!!!!

We have been to Waikiki plenty of times but have always stayed in hotels. This is the first time that we tried to rent a condo and it was a wonderful location and Mike and Steve was great. I was a little hesitant in renting a condo but Mike answered all my questions in a timely manner and ensured that I had proper directions upon my arrival. Steve was very prompt when we called from the airport upon our arrival in Honolulu. Thank you to both of you for great guest service. The pictures are very accurate of the condo so we were not surprise at anything in the condo. Upon our arrival into the condo the air condition was on and the condo was cool. From the lanai you get a breathtaking view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Each morning we took advantage of the view and had all our meals outside. The beach was just a 2 minute walk and one block up. There is McDonald on the next block if you don't want to cook breakfast. We rented a car for a couple of days to drive around and parking was just two blocks away at the Banyan which is $15 for 24 hours (unlimited ins and out) This is a perfect location since it is centralized to all of Waikiki and the bus is just a 1 minute walk to Kuhio street. I am so glad that we found Mike and will definitely be back to Waikiki and deal with Mike and Steve again.

Recommended! Excellent value for view and location!

I did a ton of research before selecting this for a 1 month stay. I wanted best location in Waikiki, a lanai with ocean view, a functional and separate kitchen (tough to configure in a studio) and a couch (for 2 to relax or 1 to stretch out). We got everything we were looking for in Mikes condo; perfect design, comfy bed and couch, and the best view from Lanai! This is one of the few condos in the Seashore with ocean and Mountain View - high up on the quiet side of the building. It gets perfect sun and shade routines (shade early for coffee and evening and sun midday). While we were there, the restaurant next door cleaned up and moved dumpster area that was next to the condo entry and that area is much better now. We loved the energetic surf culture on this same corner. We sent Mike a few improvement comments and he responded with updates on what would be done, took care of them as we left and updated me on progress. It involved needed upgrades to garage and washer area which are in the queue to address (note that there is a laundromat right behind the building with lots of washer/ dryers and an excellent priced drop off service). I also recommended to Mike to review and purge some stuff in the condo (such as damaged beach chairs, scratched up Teflon pots etc.). Mike responded back after we were gone- letting us know he had taken care of these items. The condo has everything needed as far as towels, serving dishes, utensils and even a handy “junk drawer” - just like home! I highly recommend this condo!
