Slow down your busy schedule with a relaxing beach vacation at this classic coastal cottage. With a simple layout, comfortable furnishings, a breezy screened porch, and great beach access, you are sure to feel rejuvenated after your stay! The upper main level of Three Knots has an open great room and a kitchen/dining area, with both kitchen table seating and counter bar seating for your convenience. The ample cabinet storage will allow you to prepare your favorite summer meals and enjoy them on the screened porch while listening to the sound of the crashing waves and soaring seabirds.

Four bedrooms are located on the main level. There is one queen bedroom with a TV, a second queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with two twins each, one with its own TV. Each side of the great room has easily accessible full baths. The lower level offers a great place for older teens or relatives, with outside access to a bedroom that has a queen, a twin/twin bunk, a flatscreen TV, and a Ping-Pong table.

Located in the quiet North end of Sandbridge, Three Knots is a simple and easy choice for your carefree beach vacation! Amenities include flatscreen TVs in the living room and three bedrooms, a screened-in porch, a gas grill, a DVD player, and high-speed WiFi.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
