Set inside the private gated Polo Villas community, this 3,481-square-foot retreat gives groups a polished Coachella Valley base for pool days, festival weekends, golf getaways, and long evenings that move naturally from the patio to the fire pit.

Inside, the great room sets the tone with 16-foot vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, big-screen TV, Sonos surround sound, and clean modern design that keeps the space bright and open. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together easily, giving everyone room to gather without feeling crowded. The open-concept kitchen offers bar seating, generous prep space, and everything needed for casual breakfasts, catered dinners, or snacks between swims. A pool table, board games, complimentary Level 2 EV charger, NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the home’s YouTube TV subscriptions, VIP concierge service, and optional add-ons like a private chef, pre-arrival fridge stocking, and mid-stay cleans help make group travel feel effortless.

The sleeping layout is built for comfort and privacy. Five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give families, couples, and friends room to retreat between shared plans. Two primary suites include large walk-in closets, while the remaining bedrooms also offer private ensuite bathrooms, making the home especially comfortable for groups who want privacy without losing the shared-house feel.

Step outside and the real draw takes over. The half-acre setting centers around an expansive pool and spa, with in-pool loungers, shaded umbrellas, and plenty of patio space for long afternoons outside. Practice on the private putting green, gather around the outdoor fire pit, enjoy a round of ping pong by the pool, fire up the BBQ at the outdoor kitchen, or settle under the covered patio for dinner as the desert evening cools down.

Polo Villas itself is one of the Coachella Valley’s most well-positioned communities, set near La Quinta with easy access to the area’s biggest warm-weather draws. - This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors.
- Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. 2 twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the master closet.
- All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
- Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
- POOL & SPA: Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- Please note that the pool sun loungers do not have cushions and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience.
- Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
- The grass areas will be unavailable for use through the end of October while we re-seed for the winter. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee.

Parking Details:
- The garage accommodates 2 cars.
- The driveway accommodates 4 cars.
- Please note: The small garage at this property is not accessible to guests. Guests may use the large garage only and must not enter or use the small garage at any time during their stay. Signage is posted on the exterior of the small garage for reference.

This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advance notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Ultimate entertaining home. Nice lay out. One story. Fully equipt with everything you need. Surround sound speakers, ping pong, bags, pool, rafts, bikes and Costco one mike away… Second time there and can’t wait to go back!
