Enjoy sunrises over beautiful Cayuga Lake from the enclosed front porch. Breathtaking sunsets over acres of farm land from the backyard.

We had a great stay at the lake house! It is very well stocked with everything you could want and very clean! We enjoyed sitting by the water in the Adirondack chairs. And in the front porch for morning coffee!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Jackie was so attentive and easy to reach, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a lovely time staying on the finger lakes! The house is so comfortable, and the location on the lake is absolutely perfect! It had everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake - floats, chairs, and a new immaculate dock! The house is also close to so many wineries (right in the middle of the wine trail!!) we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect escape on the lake! Location was perfect, views amazing, home spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Check in smooth, as was all communication with our host. Beautiful dock, beach area with plenty of seating, kayaks and floats. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this beautiful lakefront home. Wonderful home and location for a family vacation.

Perfect Family Getaway at a Charming Cayuga Lake Farmhouse

A wonderful stay at a beautifully appointed farmhouse on Cayuga Lake. Perfect for our extended family, the home was well stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. Though the weather kept us from the lakeside amenities, we still had a great visit and would love to return!

Wonderful weekend stay

This home was the perfect location between all the action for the weekend, and overlooked a beautiful lake, with waterfalls near by. The beds were absolutely so comfortable, very happy with our stay and will be returning in the future

Perfect home that offers everything!

This was the best-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Perfect location in the middle of so many different activities, hiking, good wine, and good food. Joyce was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely come back. We enjoyed time on the water, especially on their brand new deck that was perfect for stargazing.

Lovely, relaxing stay

We had a lovely, relaxing stay over Cornell graduation weekend, playing lawn games and soaking in the lake views from the bonfire pit. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Short distance to great wineries + breweries as well!

Relaxing lakefront home

This lakeside home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation - comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, airy porch for relaxing and game playing, roomy beachfront with fire pit and inflatable beach toys and a very responsive host. We had a wonderful time.

This Lake House is wonderful! The house is clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The beds/pillows are very comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch looking at the lake! We enjoyed our meals and card games at the large dining table. The private beach area and dock is a bonus! We enjoyed a wonderful fire on the beach and had a nice time kayaking and floating in the lake! This house is in the perfect location- close to many wineries. Sauders Amish grocery store is a short 15 min drive away too. Thank you Jaclyn for being a wonderful host! I highly recommend a stay at the Joyce Lake House!

Perfect place to experience the Finger Lakes!

First time visiting the Finger Lakes region. Made the trip for a family wedding and both the house and the area were delightful. Jackie is the perfect host and provided lots of suggestions for sightseeing and shopping for necessities. The house was a charming country retreat - my favorite parts were the expansive kitchen window and the front porch.

Home on the Lake

The house was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable. Very good location. We spent the week here and everywhere we went was within 15-40 min away. Jackie was an excellent host. Responded to all our questions promptly.

This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is that you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The host is upfront about this. It was not a problem for our group of 3 couples and small dogs. But it could be slightly challenging for famlies with small children and high energy pets. Overall this place exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it for a getaway to wine county in the Fingerlakes.

A clean home across the street from the lake with great views. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels. Jackie was easy to reach and responses quickly. Close to several wineries and some fun hikes.

Went away for the first time for Thanksgiving.

House was warm and inviting. Great views of the lake and sunrise in the morning. Kitchen had plenty of serving dishes for Thanksgiving. We felt the house was very clean even though it is an old farmhouse. I would visit again and recommend this home!

Annual Ladies Wine Weekend

The location of this house is perfect for our annual wine tasting weekend. So many wineries within a half hour. The sunrises on the lake were amazing! The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. It was very clean, plenty of towels, easy check-in and out. Highly recommend this home for anyone thinking of staying in the Finger Lakes area.

Lovely stay at the lake house

Other reviews are spot on, including the tip to open bedroom doors and use fans to circulate AC cooling in the summertime. This rental was especially clean and well stocked. We loved spending time on the lake shore and taking the kayaks out to fish for perch.

Great Location & Wonderful Views

We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch both morning and evening and enjoying the views of the lake. The house was very clean and comfortable for 7 adults. We made good use of the extra fans to circulate the air from the portable ac units to try to keep sleeping comfortable during the heatwave. We also enjoyed sitting along the water, the beach chairs were a great addition.
