Welcome to your home away from home. Our cabin is known for its AMAZING VIEW coupled with a blend of traditional and modern furnishings. It's an upscale cabin in the Smokies TN. Our cabin sleeps 12 comfortably (2 MASTER Ensuite bedroom with KING size bed each) and is a TRUE 5 bedroom where you sleep in privacy (NOT in the open loft, living room, game room, pull out sofas nor hallway). Walk out to our deck and soak in the warm morning sun.

Our cozy cabin is an open space concept & nestled peacefully atop the Smoky Mountains in TN. Past guests include romantic couples getaway (due to its amenities) or 2 families gathering due to its 2 MASTER SUITE setup with its own en-suite private bathroom - providing its own privacy.

Complimentary starter kits for kitchen and bathroom needs are also provided. Please note that these are starter kits, which might or might not last the whole duration of your stay. We highly encourage you to bring your own personal supplies that will last the duration of your stay.

Please find below some general information about the area & the cabin:

AIRPORT - For guests that are flying in, McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is about an hour &10 minutes drive to our cabin.

THE DRIVE - We HIGHLY recommend guests to arrive when there is still daylight to get familiar with the road and route.

ROAD ACCESS - Roads leading up to the cabin are all on black top (paved) with 2 to 3 mile section that is a sequence of switchbacks (sharp turns) along the way. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended only during winter season when snow/icy road conditions might occur unexpectedly.

PARKING - Guests are welcome to park on the street directly in front of the cabin. There are plenty of parking space. Space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles safely.

CABIN ACCESS - Our cabin offers automated check-in service. The front main entry door is equipped with an electronic keypad for automated check-in process. Personalized door code will be sent to guests prior to arrival. Guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement and Security Deposit prior to getting the door code for entry.

CELL SERVICE - Cell service in some areas are sometimes spotty. Highly recommended to download the maps of the area for offline usage if you're using your mobile phone for directions.

AGE - Primary guest/renter must be 25+ years of age (with the exception of children with their parents) to sign a Renter Agreement and book our cabin. Primary guest/renter must be present at all times (during check-in and the entire stay).

PETS - Pets/animals are NOT allowed in our cabin. If you bring your pets, your reservation will be canceled, all monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit) will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave immediately. We are pet lovers, however, some of our family members, guests and housekeepers have severe allergic reactions to pet dander. Kindly be considerate and choose alternative vacation properties that are pet friendly. If you need recommendations for pet friendly accommodation in the area, feel free to reach out to us.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Our cabin's maximum occupancy is 12 persons which include total of adult/infant/toddler. If your stay will have more than 12 person at any given time, your reservation will be canceled, all monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit) will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave immediately. Please note: Maximum occupancy is established by local law & regulations.

SMOKING - There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in and around the cabin, which includes but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or electronic cigarettes. This is a smoke/vape free cabin. Please respect our property and the comfort of our next guests. Violation of this rule will result in total loss of security deposits, a cleaning charge of $500 and an additional charge of $150/room where smoking occurs and/or smoke smell persists.

SECURITY CAMERA - There are three (3) security cameras that are motion activated around the exterior perimeter to protect our property and guests. They are mounted near the main entry and both sides of the cabin (the right hand side of the deck under the spot light and the left side which is also under the spot light close to the propane gas tank). We encourage guests to get familiar with its exact location immediately upon check in and contact us for any questions. Any tampering efforts of the camera will result in immediate revocation of access without any refund, termination of renter agreement, loss of security deposits, and local authorities will be contacted to assist.

WEATHER, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION - There are no cancellation due to weather conditions/power outages/natural disasters and all things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance to cover the unexpected.

HOT TUB - Hot tub usage is NOT for children younger than 13 years old. Guests under the age of 18 years old are not to be left unattended. Alcohol consumption and glass wares are NOT permitted near the hot tub area. This is for the safety of current and future guests of our cabin. Kindly use common sense. If you have consumed alcohol prior, do not use the hot tub. If you think you might be expecting (pregnant), do not use the hot tub.

Guests need to SECURE the hot tub cover back properly with the STRAP after every usage (the wind in the area is unpredictable and sometimes strong).

Do NOT use any kind of bubble bath gel, bath bombs, essential oils or any kind of soaps in the hot tub as it will clog the filter and jets.

Enjoy and use the hot tub at your own risk.

WATER USAGE - Our cabin's water source is from a well, thus, excessive water usage will drain water's availability before it can replenish itself. Please respect what nature has given us and exercise water conservation. Timing is also an important consideration during simultaneous water usage - meaning: running a washing machine, filling up a jacuzzi tub, filling up a soaking tub, and taking multiple showers all at the same time will result in loss of water.

FIREPLACE (available Nov-Feb) - Please remember to always turn off the fireplace after usage. No other fires (inside or outside) are allowed - including candles.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - There are 3 fire extinguisher throughout the cabin. One on each floor. Please get familiar with their location immediately upon check-in.

FIREPIT - Firewood are NOT provided, however, they can be conveniently purchased at major big box stores.

TRASH - Please empty out liquids to the sink and NOT the trash bags. Kindly place all trash into trash bags and secure them with a tie. There are bearproof trash compartment to the left of the property as you walk out from the main door. Please ensure to safely close and secure the trash compartment's door.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL - Do not put/throw fibrous foods into the garbage disposal. It will clog the unit which results in an overflowing sink. If this occurs, repair and damage costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

PEST CONTROL - Monthly pest control is part of our cabin's list of care. Our contracted pest control company made their best effort to minimize pest's existence inside our cabin. However, bugs & insects whether they crawl or fly cannot be 100% eliminated. For guests that have EXTREME anxiety about coming across small/medium/big insects, we CANNOT offer a 100% guarantee of insect or bug free environment as our cabin is surrounded by living things and nature such as dense trees, plants and leaves.

OUTDOOR GRILL - BBQ propane gas grill is provided for our guests' enjoyment while staying in our cabin. It is located on the back porch close to the hot tub area where you can enjoy the view while grilling your favorite food. Kindly clean excess food from the grill to prevent ants and most importantly bear visitation. Exercise caution and supervise children at all times when they are near.

CURTAINS/LIGHT COVERING/PRIVACY - Not all windows or doors have curtains. This is by design/purpose.

WIFI - WiFi is a complimentary service in our cabin. Though outages are rare, they do happen. This is a service that is provided by a 3rd party (telecommunication company) and is beyond our control if there is an outage. Any tampering efforts of any WiFi equipment will result in immediate revocation of access without any refund, termination of renter agreement, loss of security deposits, and local authorities will be contacted to assist.

SAFETY - Our cabin is situated as close to nature as possible, sitting on at least half an acre of land. While we try our best to care and maintain the perimeter of our cabin, we are also highly appreciative of nature offering its own unique feel & experience. To name a few but not an exhaustive list: steep slopes, shallow slopes, slippery slopes, packs of leaves, dry sharp branches, dull and sharp rocks, high winds, and wild animals (the common ones: squirrels, turkeys, and bears) could be present/occur around the property at any given time. Nature is their home so let's appreciate them and use common sense while exploring.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS - Check-in information will be sent a few hours before check-in time (4PM Eastern Standard Time) on your arrival day.
