Key West Bungalow w/Pool in heart of St. Pete!
The home is in a wonderful area, very close to downtown St. Pete. One block from the water Coffeepot bayou/Tampa Bay and the boardwalk that leads downtown. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Publix, Yogurtology, several more bars, restaurants and exercise studios.
The house is very cozy and the pool area is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is thoughtfully renovated with lots of amenities. Perfect place to snowbird and is literally one of the best locations in St. Pete!
The space
The home has a lovely dining room for entertaining, cozy seating area near the fireplace. The living room and office area is the perfect place for being productive or settling in for a movie or a nice read. The beds are very comfy and the clawfoot tub is wonderful for a relaxing soak.
The beautiful front porch is the ideal place for your morning coffee among the oaks and palms. The back yard has 11 different types of palms and a hardline gas grill and multiple sitting areas. The pool is heated and it’s perfect for year round enjoyment.

Do you have complete access to the property, the laundry is in the home and there is a shed with 2 bikes. there is a casita on the property that we use for storage and that will remain locked.
