Nuestros apartamentos en Villa Barra Resort están ubicados en un edificio histórico renovado, al viejo estilo de Florida. ¡Relájate en la piscina climatizada o en el jardín tropical! Experimente unas vacaciones inolvidables en Florida en el distrito histórico de Fort Myers, en las inmediaciones de Edison y Ford Home, no lejos del centro de la ciudad.

La habitación Naples, bañada por el sol, le dará inmediatamente la sensación de Key West.

Las paredes de madera pintadas de blanco en las habitaciones altas y los muebles claros permiten que el Apartment Room Naples brille. Los cojines y las alfombras en tonos marrones cálidos son tan acogedores como los elementos de la cesta que aparecen una y otra vez. Póngase cómodo en los sillones y disfrute del televisor de pantalla plana y la buena calidad de sonido a través del sistema de música.
Particularmente notable es una cocina comedor por encima del promedio, muy bien equipada. La mesa de comedor con un banco cómodo y sillas de mimbre te invita a comer.
El baño con ducha también está cómodamente amueblado y equipado con suficientes toallas. La ropa de cama está, por supuesto, disponible.

What a great little gem of a place very close to downtown fort myers! Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, nicely appointed apartment inside a nice older home. Very private, awesome pool. My only suggestion would be to add a grill for cooking out. Super friendly property manager. 1000% would stay here again!

Naples Room Stay

Great place to stay!

I loved this cute place! It was perfect for my stay. The property manager was quick to answer if I had a questions. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Great location too! I would definitely stay again. I am sorry to be leaving! 😊

Relax at BarraVilla

This was our 3rd year staying at this property. We love the quiet neighborhood, the pool, the front porch, and the size of the apartments is perfect for the 2 of us. I also liked the fact that there is 2 washers and dryers on the property.The washers cost $1.50 and the dryers are free. The grocery store (Public) is just a couple blocks away and the downtown area is close enough to walk. There is a free shuttle but didn't bother to look up the schedule because the walk was fine. There is a variety of restaurants and shops in the downtown area.

Room Naples for the week

We stayed at Room Naples for the week. It is a lovely little cottage studio. It is in an old house and while it has everything you need, do not expect luxury. We used the pool (water was perfect), sat on the front porch and used the room as our headquarters while we visited friends and family around the Fort Myers area. Publix grocery store is a convenient 5 minute walk, we walked to Coastal Dayz Brewery and ate from a food truck parked there, and downtown First St. is a 5 minute drive where we ate at Mason’s for crab and lobster rolls and walked through the art fair. Overall a wonderful, quiet neighborhood.The first night was rough as our bed was broken. I reached out to Marlene and she was very responsive and had John come and replace the mattress, thank you, I slept much better the rest of the week. We tried to use the oven and realized the stove was either broken or not plugged in. Neither of us wanted to pull it out and check so we used the microwave. The towels provided are well loved but clean and did the job. I would have liked to have more toilet paper provided and extra garbage bags, we had to pick more up at the store.Overall, the location was perfect for us and we would stay again!

Unpleasant.

Had hard time getting key out of lock box. Property was very run down inside. Felt like bed could fall apart at any turn. Had to go buy bug spray before we could use bathroom. Floor was covered with tiny crawling bugs. Very unpleasant stay

Beau séjour, secteur tranquille, très propre .

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’exception d’une nuit ou des bruits de rongeurs qui courraient dans les murs nous ont réveillés. Le lendemain nous avons constaté un énorme trou à l’ extérieur dans la base de la maison, nous avons avisé la propriétaire qui nous a répondu qu’elle ferait venir un exterminateur lundi ( nous étions samedi ). Aucun exterminateur est venu et le trou n’a pas été réparé... nous avons séjourné 14 jours et les rongeurs nous ont visités qu’une nuit ...Je ne comprends pas cette négligence car pour le reste tout était parfait !! Je le recommande avec la réparation du trou . La nuit précédente l’intrusion nous étions absent et la nuit était fraîche, également pour la nuit de l’intrusion ( ils cherchaient de la chaleur) pour la suite du séjour la température était chaude donc j’imagine que la rongeurs n’avaient pas besoin de se réchauffer d’où notre chance d’une seule visite !!

Very cozy

Very cozy, but still plenty of room in the large eat-in kitchen, as well as in the bedroom/living room combination. Very clean throughout. Very close to many restaurants and shops in the old historic downtown, easily within walking distance. Felt very safe in the property and the surrounding area. Used the heated pool every day. Would definitely like to stay here again, when heading to Fort Myers.

unvergessliche Zeit in Villa Barra

Wir waren für sechs Nächte in der Villa Barra, Room Naples. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und die Übergabe lief reibungslos. Die Villa liegt relativ zentral von Ft. Myers und alles ist gut erreichbar. Ob Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeit... Das Highlight war die Bootstour mit dem Vermieter. Die neue Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gut gelungen. Alles in allem ein sehr toller Aufenthalt, die Buchung lief 1a, jederzeit wurde schnell und kompetent weitergeholfen. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Ft. Myers werden wir mit Sicherheit auf Martina/Marco bzw die Villa Barra zurückkommen... Danke für die schöne Zeit

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt (1 Woche). Wir wurden von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr gut betreut und die Angaben im Inserat waren zutreffend. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber es war alles sehr sauber (nur eine Bratpfanne war defekt und ist unbrauchbar, aber es gab genügend Ersatz). Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Bootsausflug mit Herrn Streng! Gerne immer wieder!

Individuelle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Suchen Sie eine kleinere, individuelle Unterkunft mit Südstaatencharme in sehr zentraler Lage von Ft.Myers, fußläufig zur historischen Altstadt, mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältniss, sind Sie hier richtig. Das Edison/Ford Estate ist direkt nebenan ! Das Apartment ist ausreichend und gut eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Poolanlage zur gemeinsamen Nutzung . Es wurde sauber übergeben und die Betreuung war in Ordnung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonderes Highlight ist ein Bootsausflug mit Marco wenn er verfügbar ist !

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben im Room Naples 4 Wochen unseres Urlaubes in Florida verbracht. Es war alles Bestens. Das App. war bei Ankunft sauber und gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Wirlpool sowie die Liegen im Garten wurden von uns ausgiebig genutzt.Waschmaschine und Trockner haben einen guten Dienst getan. Auch die Abende auf der Veranda im Schaukelstuhl/Korbsessel (einige Zeit mit sehr netten Miturlaubern) waren sehr angenehm. Leider mussten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes im Freien sehr vielen Mücken ertragen, (aber mit Benadryl von Publix) kein Problem. Zu den Stränden ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Wir haben überwiegend den Bowditch-Beach sowie Lovers-Key State Park genutzt, da es dort nicht so voll war. Auch Delphine waren dort öfters zu sehen. Sanibel und Captiva einfach traumhaft. Shoppingtouren waren natürlich auch angesagt. Alles gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war unkompliziert,wir waren bestens informiert. Ein besonderes Lob an "Alex" er war immer ein guter Ansprechpartner, durch ihn konnte ich mir auch die anderen App. und Studios während des Wechsels der Urlauber ansehen, auch diese sind sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Florida Urlaub machen wird die Villa Barra sicher auf unserer Liste stehen. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Unsere Elternzeit in der Villa Barra

Wir haben vier Wochen (Feb-Mrz) unserer gemeinsamen Elternzeit mit unserer 7-Monate alten Tochter in der Villa Barra verbracht. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt! Der Vorab-Kontakt & Buchung mit den Eigentümern verflief reibungslos. Auch vor Ort war die Betreuung einzigartig, sehr herzlich und sie standen immer zur Verfügung, falls notwendig. Die Unterkunft: Die Villa Barra sowie unser Apartment war 1:1 wie auf der Hompeage beschrieben. Uns hat es tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend! Vor allem zu schätzen wussten wir die ausreichend vorhandenen Handtücher, Babybett/stuhl/handtuch und die Küchenausstattung. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sogar noch größer als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Alles war im top Zustand und einwandfrei funktionstüchtig (Geräte in der Wohnung, Grill, Waschmaschine & Trockner, Whirlpool, Fitnessraum). Die angebotene Bootstour mit den Eigentümern ist quasi ein Muss! So erlebt man Florida erst richtig! Das Wasser hat Karibik-Qualität. Und mit etwas Glück begleiten einen die Delphine. Ein rundum gelungener Tag - sogar mit "Baby on board"! Zur Umgebung: Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit fühlten wir uns wie "locals". Die Innenstadt sowie der Supermarkt sind fussläufig schnell erreicht. Die Strände hingegen sind mind. 30 Min per Auto entfernt. Unserer Erfahrung nach lohnt sich auf jeden Fall der Besuch bei "Bennett´s Fresh Roast" (Coffee & Donuts). Wer nach einer qualitativ-hochwertigen Massage auf der Suche ist, ist bei Sara Fitzpatrick "McGregor Chiropractic & Massage" genau in den richtigen Händen - beides nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Fazit: Wir trommeln unsere Freunde zusammen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Florida at its best

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, großzügige, top-ausgestatte Küche, sehr sauber, Supermarkt und Downtown zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kleinkind - knapp unter 2 Jahre sehr zu empfehlen, nettes, nachbarschaftliches Umfeld, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

liebe martina, lieber marco, vielen dank für die schönen und erlebnisreichen tage in eurer villa barra. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! das app. war sehr sauber, handtücherm und bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden, die küche war komplett(!) ausgestattet, waschmaschine und trockner zur freien verfügung, ebenso das jacuzzi , fahrräder und wlan - wir haben nichts vermisst. vor ort ist eine hausverwalterin, die sich sehr liebevoll um die gäste kümmert und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar ist. die villa ist im hist. district von ft. myers in ruhiger nachbarschaft, ca 200m entfernt gibt es einen großen supermarkt, der hafen und das fort u. edison estate ist in laufnähe gut erreichbar. sanibel island mit seinen wunderschönene stränden ist ca. 30 autominuten entfernt, naples erreicht man nach ca. 45 autominuten und ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar sind die shoppingmalls. besonders empfehlen möchten wir die bootstour mit unseren sehr netten vermietern, ein besonders schönes erlebnis, das wir nicht wieder vergessen werden. wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder !

authentisch und richtig klasse !!!

Das Domizil ist liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl - auch für länger! Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und vor allem sauber. Das Domizil ist rundum gut ! Auf Grund des Pries/Leistung-Verhältnis haben wir ausgezeichnet gewertet ! Lage, wenn man die Region erkunden will - sehr gut Wenn man kritisch etwas bemerken will, dann evtl die Klima (zu laut und nicht effektiv) und der Grill (wobei die Reinigung bei den Gästen nach Gebrauch liegt - hatten einige wohl keine Zeit...) Abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die Vermieter, die zu unserer Zeit vor Ort waren! Die Bootstour und so war klasse - ein Hammer Tag! Die beiden wissen, was ein Ferienobjekt braucht und wie man mit Urlaubern umgeht... Freu mich auf das nächste mal in Florida

Entspannt Urlaub machen

Also das Appartement hat uns super gefallen !! Sehr sauber und sehr toll eingerichtet ! Um die Strände oder Outlets zu erreichen, muss man ungefähr 20-30 min fahrt mit dem Mietwagen in Kauf nehmen !! Also auf jeden Fall gleich Mietwagen von Deutschland mitbuchen; dann ist es am günstigsten ! Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Supermarkt etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und können auch gut mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuss erreicht werden! Als Restaurants können wir "Famous Dave" und "Outback Steakhouse" sehr empfehlen! Von den Outlets kann man die Maromar Outlets empfehlen, die älteren Tanga Outlets sind nicht so empfehlenswert. Der beste Strand mit Jetski etc war für uns Fort Myers Beach, für ruhige Stunden emphfehlen wir Sanibel Island oder Captiva

Immer wieder

Mein Freund und ich waren im September 2010 für zwei Wochen in der Villa Barra (Room Naples). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hatte eine sehr grosse Dusche. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber bei der Ubernahme der Wohnung. Was uns speziell gefallen hat, ist dass sich das Haus in einer ganz gewöhnlichen amerikanischen Strasse befindet und man sich nicht wie ein Pauschaltourist in einem Hotelzimmer vorkommt. Zwei kleine Verbesserungspunkte hätten wir jedoch dennoch anzubringen: Das Bett war nicht sehr komfortabel sowie der Schlafraum konnte man schlecht abdunkeln. Wäre manchmal praktisch gewesen. Vor allem da diese Wohnung (Room Naples) direkt an der Veranda liegt wo sich auch andere Mitbewohner aufhalten. Ansonsten hat es unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen und wir können die Villa Barra wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen.
