Looking for a peaceful place near the beach for your vacation? This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom end-of-row unit in Bear Trap Dunes is perfect for you. Settled within walking distance of the community pool, the clubhouse with a fitness room, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and a beach shuttle, this home is ready for your vacation or a weekend gold getaway. The back deck features a screened-in area overlooking the pond with comfortable furniture, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or unwind after an enjoyable day at the beach! Small dogs are allowed at the property for a fee. $150 per dog.
This home is on the main level, so there is no need to climb any stairs. The master suite has a king bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The connected master bathroom has a tub and shower with dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a TV. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
There is plenty of room to relax in the living room after a full day of activities. The large screen TV is perfect for a movie night with a large sectional sofa. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for feeding your whole group with extra room on the screened-in porch. Take advantage of weekend golf getaways. You are sure to make wonderful vacation memories.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
Guests can enjoy 1 outdoor pool, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, a hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping-pong, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurant, shops, and two playgrounds. Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
