Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, dog friendly vacation home, where comfort meets convenience! Located in the Bear Trap Dunes Community.
Enjoy a good night's sleep in the owner's suite with a king bed, futon, and work desk. The attached bathroom has a shower, tub, and double vanity. The deck outside comes with a gas grill for some outdoor cooking. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a floor futon.

Unwind in the spacious living room with a large-screen TV and a grand piano. The fully stocked kitchen includes a K-cup and regular coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster oven, and all the essentials. Choose between the breakfast table or the dining table for your meals. Take it easy in the screened-in porch with comfy seating - perfect for some quiet time after a long day at the beach.

This neighborhood is 12 minutes from the beach and offers an excellent outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Book your stay now and enjoy a laid-back vacation in this cozy home! This home is dog friendly. Up to 2 hypoallergenic dogs are allowed to be brought to the property. There is an additional pet fee of $250 per dog brought. .

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Bear Trap Dunes Vacation

The house was very nice and clean and in a great location. My only complaint is that I was staying 5 days but had to pay 260 for a full week of pool passes for 4 people and only used the pool once. I would hope in the future that Bear Trap Dunes allows people to pay for daily pool passes.

Great Location for Golf

The house was spacious and the dinning table was a large size to accommodate 8 people. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with a lots of attention to details if a bit dated. People were friendly in the community and the community amenities were great but pricey. It would be nice to have beach chairs or umbrellas for your use. It was a challenge to wash off the sand. PS: bring a fly swatter.

Beautiful and comfortable; quiet neighborhood. Hope to stay again

I loved being there. Was joined by family or friends for a couple of different nights. We sang hymns around the piano one night which was really special. The gift card for groceries was a very nice surprise.

Lovely, spacious home

Well appointed home with everything we needed to enjoy our end-of-summer beach vacation. The gas fireplace added to the ambiance and took the chill away from the cool nights. We're hoping to rent again next year!

Bethany Beach vacation

The neighborhood was beautiful. We pulled up to the house and were pleasantly surprised at the curb appeal. When we went in the house, it was so much bigger and spacious than we thought! There was room for everyone and it was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great location, we could easily go to Bethany Beach or it was an easy drive to Ocean City.

Great place

Loved the area and property. Pool passes do cost extra. The piano was a great touch, as well as the screened in porch and deck. Since it was near the fourth there was a few houses down, where they set off fireworks. I think either because of the management or another neighbor, they were over within an hour. Would recommend, especially if you have a dog.

Absolutely wonderful week at this home! Bear Trap Dunes is a quaint, quintessential neighborhood with flat, tree lined streets and picture perfect homes. The one-level home is spacious and dog friendly - I expected some residual pet odors but each and every time we walked into the home it smelled clean. The linen package provided all sheets and towels which was a bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything and everything. The master sits right off the living room and the other two bedrooms are in the front of the home with their own full bath. We were surprised with bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. that made our trip more fun. The screened in back porch was the highlight of our mornings. It’s about an 8 minute drive to the beach - away from the hustle and bustle but just close enough. The pools are nice, as well!A couple things to note (nothing that would keep us from returning): There were no blackout blinds or curtains in any of the bedrooms so my young children were waking with the sun every morning (if you have a child in a pack n play, the master closet is large enough and very dark!). The master bed was super soft (fine for me, not my husband!). The living room lacks seating compared to all the beds available in the home. You have to pay to access the pools. Thank you for a great week!
