Sunshine's Zen bed and breakfast. 2 bedroom 1 bath house sleeps 4 people comfortably to 6 people with two sleeping on the couch, large kitchen and living room in this nicely decorated home with unique artwork and nick nacks throughout the house. Large 8' x 12' mineral hot springs shared with everyone staying here (SORRY MINERAL HOT SPRINGS IS NOT WORKING DISCOUNTES APPLIED).
the yard has a 6 foot privacy fence the yard and is a beautiful zen oasis with lots of birds, picnic table, swing, hammock, gas grill, fire pit, several patio sets and a bench. Sit and relax and watch the birds in this beautiful oasis of a yard. Close to Rotery park on the Rio Grand and community pool. Within walking distance to downtown T Or C and several mineral hot springs.
The mineral springs hot tub is filled upon request so please let us know when you would like to soak, it takes about 2 hours to fill the tub so advance notice is needed.
There is a medium sized dog on the property full time, and I bring my small dog over when I'm soaking and both of them do bark from time to time.

We have had this property for a little over 5 years. We are very friendly laid back easy going and here to help you in any and every need.

I decided on this location for my bed and breakfast because of the Mineral Hot springs and the fact that this is a very friendly laid-back artistic community. Close to the Rio grande River and the community swimming pool.

The amazing healing waters of the mineral hot springs in the Truth or Consequences area and my large Mineral springs hot tub with jets is an amazing way to relax unwind and heal your body. An Oasis in the desert. We have been feeding the birds regularly for over 5 years, so if you're a bird lover the yard is full of them.
