Smart Home Devices:

Our home comes equipped with a smart digital lock (at front door) and smart thermostat (in the master bedroom, mounted in the corner of the ceiling much like a smoke detector).

The digital lock allows us to provide keyless entry to our guests so they only need their private door code to enter.

The smart thermostat is an energy saver for the air conditioner which helps us to keep the cost of rental affordable by assisting with regulating inefficient use of the air conditioner. It is located in the master bedroom and mounted in the top left corner of the ceiling.

Guest Privacy and Protection:

We do not condone, allow or use video or audio monitoring devices inside any of our units.

- We love feedback. Let us know how we can make your stay better.



- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.



- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.



- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our property facilities.



- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.



- No pets allowed.



- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.



- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.



- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
