AMAZING

I completely recommend the cottage, the property manager is incredible, she helped out with referrals for transport, and the cottage has everything we needed throughout the stay, it's cozy, and comfortable... I would definitely stay there again on my next trip

The property and the air B and B were both very clean and well maintained. The neighbor hood was a little questionable but we had no issues. I would definitely stay there again. Host was very attentive to all our needs and issues.

My family and i stayed at the cottage for 8 days and absolutely loved it, it looks EXACTLY as shown online, well furnished and equipped, smelled amazing upon arrival. Our host Cynthia was fantastic, quickly responded to any questions we had, i needed a blender, she sent us a brand new one immediately, complimentary snacks and coffee was left for us with a tiny note, i mean this was home away from home. The property is central to everything, but a comfortable distance away (5 min drive) from all the cruise ships and hotel.. ( that was perfect for us).. junkanoo beach, fish fry, amazing restaurants are all minutes away. We loved it there, we loved the bahamas.

Stay in Residential Nassau

As advertised! Nice stand alone apartment. All the extra touches we didn’t expect (stocked with snacks and basic supplies for kitchen and bath). Washer / dryer handy to have in apartment. Catherine was very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to all questions. Convenient taxi service - per Catherine’s recommendation we called Michael. He was always on time for pick ups. We would definitely stay here again!

A Beautiful well kept fully loaded property.

I was very impressed with the property owners keen eyes for details. The property is tastefully furnished with two bed rooms and provided the safety and comfort of home which our female guest needed. Oh I can’t forget the property provides internet service, washer, dryer and a kitchen. The final selling point that attracted me was its location. The property is located five minutes to the center of downtown Nassau, five minutes to fish fry and just minutes to our studio on Nassau Street and the University of The Bahamas. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great Place w/ Incredible Owner

My wife and I decided to spend our 20th anniversary in Nassau, Bahamas the same city we were married 20 years ago. We found Catherine’s Cozy Cottage on VRBO and were impressed with the pictures. To our amazement and delight, the place looked exactly as it does in the picture. There are two bedrooms with two comfortable queen-sized beds. There is an A/C unit in the living room and each bedroom. The condo is located just far enough away from the downtown area to experience quiet evenings, but close enough to catch the bus or a taxi to the downtown area. The greatest thing about Catherine’s Cozy Cottage is Catherine. We told her it was our anniversary and when we arrived there was a beautiful basket of fruit that we ate on for 6 days, a card, snacks, a bottle of wine and complimentary bottled water. She sent us a list of great restaurants to eat and the name of two taxis that gave us a discounted rate for travel. The house has a full-sized kitchen with appliances and there are bath towels and pods to wash your items in the full size washer and dryer. The home also has Wi-Fi, which was great because we had two full days of rain while we there and spent some time binging on Netflix and ordering delivery through the Kraven app (be sure to download). The Wi-Fi went down once. I messaged Catherine and she had a replacement Wi-Fi unit sent over in minutes! I simply cannot say enough great things about Catherine and her communication and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to stay outside of downtown, you can’t go wrong with Catherine’s Cozy Cottage!
