Montagu Villas is a tranquil gated community on Village Road and is in a superb location with close proximity to everything a traveler may need. The beach is within a 10 minute walking distance, and nearby shopping malls, banks, grocery stores and fast food and local restaurants are all within a 5 minute walking distance. Local buses are accessed easily and key tourist locations such as The Atlantis Resort & Paradise Island, downtown shopping districts, movie theaters and cultural hot spots can all be reached within a 15 minute drive.

- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.



- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.



- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our property facilities.



- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.



- No pets allowed.



- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.



- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.



- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
