Great place to stay

Very quiet neighborhood, great location, and having access to two pools and a hot tub was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Hot tub felt great after our long hikes. Kitchen fully equipped for our breakfasts. An umbrella for patio would be nice and tissues would have been appreciated but would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay for our last minute girls getaway in Moab. The condo was very clean, great place to gather in the evenings to chitchat and play games. Appreciated there were spices in the kitchen along with olive oil so we were able to cook yummy dishes and reminisce about our hikes earlier in the day. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of room for our family of five and Stephanie was very easy to work with. Community hot tub was a bonus!

What an absolute life saver this was to have with young kids. Everyone got good rest so we were able to enjoy our long days in the sun, cool off in the pool, and rest our bones in the hot tub. Best dang rental in town

We spent Thanksgiving at this condo and had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was cozy with a fireplace. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and basketball court. The two-car garage was nice to store our bikes. We had a very comfortable and memorable holiday.

Great place to stay in Moab.

We had a great stay at this condo, it had everything we needed. We was in Moab for Easter Jeep Safari and it was actually in walking distance of the Spanish Trail Arena! It was a quiet neighborhood, condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place!

I highly recommend this rental. My family and I had such a wonderful time. Very clean and the owner goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. I will for sure be going back!

Quiet with great amenities

Love that even though it was a busy week in Moab the property was very quiet. Very spacious and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals and loved having multiple bathrooms with showers.

Great Vacation

This is a very nice property in a great location. Just far enough outside downtown to avoid the crowd, but close enough to enjoy what the town offers. Highly recommend Karen's home for a stay. Thanks Karen

Comfort and great location!

This condo is in a charming development with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. It is clean and comfortable, and the owner provides a lot of helpful information about Moab. The location off Spanish Valley Drive is convenient for our road-biking needs, and the drive into town was easy. We will stay here again!

Clean, convenient and comfortable!

Every two years my friends come from the PNW to dirt bike Moab. This was perfect with a two car garage and comfortable bedding for all of us.

This is a beautiful condo with great amenities located convenient for excursions in SE Utah.

We stayed for 3 days in Late Sept as our base camp for trips to Canyonlands and Arches NPs. The Condo was extremely modern with a great club house, pool, Grill, and laundry as well as a quiet peaceful place to rest. Karen was great to work with and I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

Great Oasis!

We really enjoyed relaxing at the clean and comfortable townhouse after a day of hiking in the heat of Utah. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs and the garage was an added plus. The pool was a quick walk away and the scenery surrounding the complex was stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the use of your place!

Rim vista

Place was extremely clean w / lots of info to help us make decisions. I would highly recommend to others. Pool/hot tub were a nice addition as well.

Great place

Perfect place to stay in Moab

Our family loved the condo! Karen was very thoughtful to check in with us and make sure everything was good. A light was out in the garage and she replaced it right away. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio and sitting around the fireplace. Lots of space for our family of 5. We can't wait to come back!!
