Full Private Home on 32-Acres w/ Stellar Views!

We're very sorry this guest did not enjoy the stay however there seem to be many factual errors in this review. We're unsure what is meant by "There were holes in the floor, some covered by random woo". This is not at all the case. The floors are made from gorgeous, orginal thick beam cedar and we beleive he's possibly referring to the kicthen where a heating grate is purposely covered in the summer months as it is designed to be. This has no effect on the property and actually ads a 2nd layer of comfort and safety for guests. The basement/pool table was clearly disclosed as being off limits and under a remodel well before the guest arrived. Not sure why this is being mentioned as a complaint as it was fully disclosed beforehand. The fire pit outside is a circle of rocks and works just fine, also very confused by this comment. Regarding this comment "All in all this house was not as the photos depicted and left us feeling disappointed and duped." this is absolutely not true. The pictures are absolutely depictive of the property. While this property is brand new to VRBO, it is also on Arbnb where you will see a history of over 2 years of almost ALL 5 star, raving reviews. We'd be very happy to have this guest back and try again and we're confident he'd love it.
