You will fall in love with this recently renovated and updated unit. Perfectly located at the Pinnacle Inn on the second floor of an apartment style building. This little retreat would be perfect for a small group of friends or a small family as it sleeps a maximum of 6. The unit itself has a queen bed, two twin beds, a sleep sofa, fireplace, a small corner bar, and a personal patio. Cook up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen full of appliances. It also has 2 full bathrooms perfect for washing up after a long day out. Need something to do close by? Check out the indoor pool, gaming area, many jacuzzi and more included on premises. There’s also always plenty of things to do on the mountain during all seasons: skiing in the winter, hiking in the spring, biking in the summer, and sight seeing in the fall. Great Stay

The property was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. It was the perfect place for our family ski trip, being super close to Beech Mountain and our favorite places to eat. The only complaint we have is we couldn’t find the thermostat to turn on the air conditioning. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Nice place

It was our first time at Beech Mountain, we had a hard time getting there due to weather, wish they would have either cleared the roads or warned us to bring chains, 1 of the heaters did not work due to broken knob and 1 of the bathroom fans did not work.

Visit to Beech Mountain for 16'th birthday

It was as advertised and an easy drive to the slopes at Beech Mountain. My 16 yr old wanted to celebrate his birthday skiing with friends. It had a great view of the slopes and was only 10-15 min away from the ski resort. I was driving pretty slow since it snowed. We had a great time.

We stayed during the busy holiday season between Christmas and New Years.Pros: The condo is updated with new flooring and nicer appliances; the location is wonderful for walking access to the sledding hill and Fred’s as well as a quick drive to the ski resort; the view from the condo is slope view and beautiful; check in was easy and quick.Cons: The listing said there was a gas fireplace but there was only a wood burning one; there is only one working tv in the unit which does not have cable or local live tv, there is a large tv in the master bedroom which did not work. When we reached out to the property manager about the fireplace and tv, the response was very short and said that the owners are only required to provide one working tv in the unit (despite the guest book stating there were tvs in every room) and she did not provide any info or help on how to access live tv for the one working tv in the unit. She said she would update the listing about the fireplace.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only spent one night so that we could be close to Oz. The accommodations where everything we expected. The place was clean and you can’t beat the scenery. There is no elevator, or AC. Opening the windows and use of the fans provided made it nice. Not somewhere I’d want to stay in June.
