Newly remodeled 1965 Farmhouse style home with an open Floor plan. This home is 962 sq ft With a huge backyard. The TV on the covered patio with an outdoor dining area and peaceful backyard makes this the perfect place to get away.

This is a very quiet residential neighborhood That allows easy access to downtown, the I-5, And a lovely park 1 mile away that has walking trails, water park, tennis, soccer, basketball and golf.
The space
3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. 1 king bed and 2 queens. TV in 2 bedroom, living room and outdoor patio. Outdoor patio has a mini fridge and cornhole boards for a fun game with the family. Washer and Dryer in the garage. Includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just bring your clothes and personal items.
Guest access
Access to complete property. Garage access is to do laundry or store personal belongings.
Other things to note
Ring doorbell that records but not actively monitored unless complaints.

The Howell house is dog friendly with a few conditions: There is a $30 pet fee and all dogs must be well trained and not allowed on the furniture. Guest are required to pick up after pet (including in the yard) And will be responsible for any damages to furniture, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We were in town for a wedding, and it gave us the opportunity to have quality time with family from out of town. Way better than passing each other in a motel hallway. The host was prompt with her responses to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy Comfortable Quiet Stay

No complaints, few bedrooms nice bathroom and place to hang outside. Solid living room space enjoyed it all, good price! Would book again.

Awesome stay!

The home was perfect for us. It was very clean and very pleasantly decorated. The owner was pleasant and responsive. We felt so "at home"! Our dogs LOVED the backyard, and we LOVED the back patio. The heater and the tv made backyard trivia pretty special! I most definitely recommend this home. We would definitely stay here again! again!recommend!thiproperty!

Great family house for baseball tournament weekend

We stayed for a weekend of baseball and this was a great spot. Within a 10 minute drive to everything we needed. The house is cute and cozy with everything you need. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.

Great house and host

The host Ashley was so easy to communicate with and answered a couple questions quickly. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Added bonus that is was dog friendly and had a hot tub which was great since we were in town for a 100 mile race and needed to relax our sore muscles!

Comfortable and clean

Great location, cute yard. We had so much fun hanging out. Such a chill spot. Plus, we accidentally left a very important pan and we were able to make arrangement for a local friend to pick it up for us.

Great spot with loud of nice added touches

We stayed over the holidays. The home was a nice retreat after the hustle and bustle of being with family - especially the hot tub with outdoor tv. Yard was much appreciated for our pup along with the dog water/food bowls. Lots of little touches - makeup remover wipes in the bathroom, kcups for the espresso coffee machine, all the kitchen tools we could want.

Dog Show

We had a great time. The home was lovely and so comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus and the dogs loved being able to play in the yard after being at the dog show all day. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect family location!

The house had everything we needed for a family getaway. Great yard, well equipped kitchen and patio area and a wonderful park and water play area just blocks away. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and main roads. Would love to return!

This house is my husband Josh and I’s first home, So it holds a special place in our heart. We have done all the work/remodel to this home ourselves. We just bought a little farm nearby and are excited to start fixing it up. I am looking forward to being a host. I hope to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable.
