Cottage Like Suite w/ Private Hot Tub

Summary:
FREE Kayak, SUP, & Canoe rentals included for all guests. Boat slip available upon request. Unique 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with a private Hot tub and Fire pit; 750 square feet of indoor bliss. 400 feet of outdoor, fenced-in rear deck privacy. Location surrounded by luxury. Located in the Pines Village and walkable to everything, including 4 restaurants, The Marina, 2 bars, boat rentals, market, boutique shops and a beach. Yosemite entrance is only 14 miles away. Great for couples or small families!

The Space:
Individual mini-lodge unit with living room, bedroom, bathroom and private deck. Cathedral ceilings, all natural pine wood floors, large slate shower and leather couches offer cleanliness from the moment you enter. Private rear deck, wood fenced with your own hot tub, outdoor table and gas fire pit. S'mores time! 200 mbps wifi, large 65" TV in living room, 55" TV in bedroom, sunlight and cathedral ceilings add to the comforts. Double insulated for quiet time, this suite is individual and similar to a hotel room in that it has no adjourning doors.

Guest Access:
Park the car and walk everywhere. 1 parking space per reservation.
Located on the edge of town, the market, bars, restaurants, boat rentals and marina are all right there. Map it and see how easy your get-away will be. There are 4 separate suites in the building. Each suite and back deck are private with your own private hot tub and washer/dryer. The front deck is a shared space.

The Neighborhood:
Bass Lake is a safe, friendly mountain town with that old-school feel.

Other Things to Note:
Front of line at boat rentals and famous Marina Grill (when open). Automatic generator back-up should power fail. Private washer/dryer in suite. Kitchenette with mini fridge, micro and Keurig coffee maker with reusable pod so you can bring your favorite coffee. Iron, blow-dryer, walk-in closet, vanity and work station too. High speed wifi for all your gadgets. Includes FREE Canoe, Kayak, & SUP rentals for all suite guests.

This Vrbo was one of the best we have ever stayed at. The location is amazing and right in front of market, restaurants, bars, and the lake! The stay was perfect. The owner was very quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. I would stay here again!!

Awesome stay

We loved it here! Ideal location, everything was within walking distance. The home was clean, cozy and quiet. The host had every amenity you could have possibly wanted. The private yard with its own hot tub was a highlight for us. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Lovely lake retreat

Our family of four loved this location. We would often walk across the road and get ice cream cones, and we ended every day playing games on the private back deck, followed by a soak In the private hot tub. We brought our own s’more supplies and made use of the gas range on the deck as well. The twinkle lights on the deck added to the happy atmosphere. We were able to watch Netflix in both the living room and the bedroom. Wi-Fi worked well. We spent one day up in Yosemite and another day we rented a pontoon boat and inner tube down at the marina which is a quick walk from the suite. I sat for several afternoons and read a good book on The couch. When I looked up, I could see the beautiful view of the lake through the trees. The place has a mini fridge, a sink, and a microwave. We brought popcorn, sandwich supplies, and other snacks for our time on the lake. If I had to improve anything, I would have brought a mattress pad for the pull out sofa bed- not the most comfortable mattress, but we ended up having the kids sleep on the couch and the love seat. The manager was very responsive, and we exchanged several messages while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bass Lake next time.

Highly recommend

The location is great, right across the street from shops and restaurants. The comfort and cleanliness was top notch. The only complaint we had was the communication with the property manager was a bit slow and inaccurate. It would have also been nice if workers would not have started re-roofing across the street at 7:00am on our last day. We would definitely stay here again

Nice but not as nice as advertised

I really enjoyed this location. I stayed on a trip for my birthday with my fiance. To start with the positives the location was great right near the lake and shops and restaurants at bass lake. Also the backyard and hot tub were very nice. I also enjoyed the large shower.there were disappointments though. The bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable and the pillows provided were so thin and cheap we had to sleep on multiple pillows and it was very hard to get comfortable or sleep well. Also the property owner said there would be a personalized goodie basket. We were never asked what we wanted we just found 2 tiny water bottles, some coffee packets and 1 laundry pod. Also the ad bragged about blazing wifi speed but the wifi would only work occasionally for us and when it did work it was very slow. Overall this was a nice place to stay but i felt it was barely worth the price and didn't quite live up to the expectation we had based on the ad

Perfectly outside the chaos but close to everything the Resort offers. Love the private back patio and hot tub. It’s quieter than I expected.

Amazing cute place

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It was in walking distance to everything and very cozy. The only negative thing I could say is the bed was not very comfortable, my back ended up hurting after the first night. Otherwise I loved it!

Clean, Cozy cabin feel and quiet.

The property is very well maintained and clean. The towels are super huge and smell really good. The decor is very homey feeling. Love the old pictures of the town. Friendly and fast responses from property managers. Enjoying the nice private yard with the hot tub and fire pit are the best way to end the day.

Yes, this is your front porch view. 
 
In the midst of the tall pine trees close to Yosemite National Park, sits Bass Lake.  
 
A destination unto itself, Bass Lake offers water sports, boat rentals, fishing, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a small market.  
 
Somehow it still seems to keep its small town feel. 
 
There is a sense of calm immediately upon arrival.  
 
It's a great place to vacation with loved ones and friends. 
 
The town itself emulates relaxation, as if you went back in time. 
 
Bass Lake rests above sea level at approximately 3200 feet, with occasional snow in the winter and many perfect summer days. 
 
Summers are often 85 degrees in the daytime, 60 degrees at night, with water temperatures reaching 78-80 degrees. 
 
 It's the type of place where you can let your guard down and truly relax.  
 
It has a small town feel to it that seems to be missing in most California communities. 
 
Oh, and did you hear it's just minutes to the entrance of Yosemite?
