The cabin, tucked in a picturesque valley, offers the ultimate restful getaway. As you arrive, the sounds of rushing water welcome you. Step onto the deck walkway leading to the entrance, passing by the inviting hot tub area. Inside, the cabin exudes rustic elegance, featuring a fully stocked kitchen and beautifully designed living spaces. Choose from oversized first-floor bedrooms with a king and queen bed or the cozy king bedroom upstairs, complete with a `cubbie hole` nook ideal for pets or children. Entertainment abounds with SmartTVs equipped with YouTube TV in every bedroom, the living room, and the game room. Challenge your companions to a game of pool, board games, or simply relax by the wood-burning fireplace. We`ve thought of everything, including pet amenities like bowls, an extra leash, and pick-up bags.

The cabin spans over 2,000 sq. ft. There is only one security camera that faces the driveway and records 24/7 and doesn`t face any interior area. Enjoy easy, contactless check-in with keypad access, and appreciate the no-step entry to the cabin, ensuring accessibility for all guests. Named `Buddy`s Bungalow`, this cabin is situated outside an HOA community, with a few neighboring properties discreetly nestled among the trees. With ample parking for up to six vehicles, the cabin is also conveniently located for festival-goers and food lovers, with downtown Ellijay`s unique dining just 10 miles away. No parties/events are allowed at Buddy`s Bungalow. Don`t leave trash or food outside. Smoking areas are outside only! All garbage is to be put into trash bags provided and put into the trash cans in the garage. Do not leave doors/windows open as wildlife and pests may come for a visit. There are screen doors and windows that are perfect for letting the breeze in. The hot tub is to be used at your own risk. No food, towels, soaps or oils allowed in the hot tub. Check in and check out times are strict. Many times we have guests checking in later the same day and our cleaners do an amazing job cleaning the cabin top to bottom and need the full time to do so. We encourage our guests to reach out immediately if something is not right. Our goal is for you to have an amazing stay at our cabin and we will do everything we can to make that happen.
