Bayfront Oasis: Magnificent Views, Kayaking/Fishing/Clamming/Swans

Welcome to "Bayfront Oasis", one of a kind custom Bayfront home with panoramic views of the Barnegat Bay! Beautiful sunrises, moonrises and sunsets, directly across is the Barnegat Lighthouse, Inlet, Tice Shoal & Island Beach State Park. Half an hour from Seaside Heights boardwalk and Long Beach Island. You will enjoy Swimming, Fishing, Crabbing, and Clamming in the backyard, cooking a seafood dinner caught, not bought. Two canoes and two kayaks are included.

If you stay in this home, you will understand these words:

The water dancing in your eyes

You don’t want to leave, but is time…

Open floor plan throughout your main entertaining area. Airy family room has soaring ceilings accented in wood & skylight! There are a total of three bedrooms and two upgraded full bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds. Living room has a pull out sofa.

There are endless of activities in the area. Drive up to Double Trouble State Park for great hiking trails or Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge for the area's natural beauty , venture to Barnegat Light, where you will find Barnegat Lighthouse State Park. Island Beach State Park offers one of the nicest beaches in New Jersey, while Long Beach Island is one of the most popular family vacation destinations. Head to Seaside Heights for its bustling boardwalk, or take a day trip down to Atlantic City.

Parties, outside guests, and disruptive behavior to the neighborhood is strictly forbidden. No drugs allowed, minimum age of rental is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire stay. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Half of the pictures shown were taken by guests, stay and share the fun. Water activities are at your own risk.

Absolutely beautiful location!! Everyday was a postcard picture!! So much beauty and wildlife to see .Very peaceful and quiet.The accommodations were excellent perfect fit for the location . It’s in a perfect location to either go to LBI or Island Beach State Park .

We were visiting family in New Jersey from Arizona, and this home was an absolute treasure! There were six of us, ages 17 and up, and it was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect from our busy lives. I could sit and daydream on that beautiful porch all day long! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the three bedrooms with king-sized beds made for such comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kayaks were a wonderful bonus — my boys went out on the bay every day and loved every minute of it. With my parents just 10 minutes away, we’ll definitely be back. So happy we found this little piece of paradise!

Weekend Getaway

Great location for our getaway to Waretown/Barnegat area .. We enjoyed watching the ducks from the back deck, lounging and relaxing outside, and the peacefulness of the community. The house was clean, and had every comfort of home you can think of! If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is a great spot to unwind for sure!

Wonderful!

This vacation home was an absolute dream! Waking up every morning to the serene view of the bay was a treat in itself, but having a picturesque lighthouse standing proudly across the water truly elevated the experience - a calming and beautiful spectacle to enjoy from the comfort of the spacious deck.The house was clean and the living area was comfortable and inviting for relaxing evenings. Communication with the host was excellent!

Relaxing and rejuvenating

The location was quiet and right on the water. Perfect for staying in and enjoying the view. We had a few questions and one problem (nothing serious) and Dongmei responded right away. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations!!

The Home was very nice and spacious indoors and out. Be there for sunset in the back overlooking the bay for some of the most beautiful views. Canoes were provided by the host to enjoy time out on the water. Communication with the host was super easy, very fast to respond. We loved it and will definitely look to stay again

Fish and Fun

This is the second year my family and I have rented this house. It is such a peaceful community with the best sunrises. The house is nice and cozy, and perfect for games and interacting with family and friends. Fishing from the back can be a lot of fun. Just make sure you secure your fishing poles or the fish will take them lol. I will be back every year. The owner is very polite and responsive.

Great Waterfront View

Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Excellent waterfront views. Clean house and comfortable beds/bedrooms. Updated bathrooms. Furnishings could be updated as well as kitchen supplies. We had a great time with kayaks and crab cages. Super responsive owner. Hope to come back again soon!

Jersey Shore Getaway

I decided to surprise my family with a Jersey Shore getaway (our first), I could not have picked a better place. Dongmei's place is right on the water, great neighborhood, and beautiful scenery. Close to restaurants and a short 30 min ride to the Boardwalk. We picked a great weekend as we had first row seats to the town's fireworks display which we saw right from the backyard. It was a memorable vacation and we hope to be back.
